In this video, I show you how I gave a homeowner a brand new lawn in just 4 weeks. I take you through the process of how the lawn looked before I got started. After I out holy water on the lawn, I show you how I cut it down, adding seed, fertilizer, rolling the seed in and then covering the lawn with Peat moss. The result are phenomenal and I definitely enjoyed the Mow. Alot of people think growing the grass is the hard part and it isn't. Maintaining a beautiful lawn and understanding your lawn is the challenge. I hope you enjoy this video.

I just did a 300 sq ft renovation on my neighbors yard with the new gci tttf blend with mountain view cultivars. I cant wait to see it come up i love seeing the transformation.

The lawn looks great now but it's apparent you went way to heavy with the seed. In the summer months you'll be battling die off from over crowding and fungus for sure. Wish you the best of luck man!

When I first cut this, I was mowing it low. Maybe around 2.5 or 3 inches. Now it's around 3.75 inches on the height
