You can use Tuna (cá ngừ) or mackerel scad (cá bạc má)

Helen, how long do you need to braise so that the bones become soft enough to eat?

My best guess is that you have to braise it for a few hours but you can use the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes

I always expect her to say thank you in Vietnamese (Cam On), at the end of her videos
