Hello Ms. Rea I'm a newbie in a bpo industry and your video helps me a lot! Tbh during training I failed 5x and I'm hopeless that time and was really embarrassed but by God's grace on the 6th coaching I passed. But indeed don't let failure stops you or hinder you from applying. You're not learning if you don't make a mistake! :)

I learned from Eden: You should be prepared physically emotionally mentally. Also I learned from Ivan: You should step out of your comfort zone.

When i feel demotivated i always watched your videos Ms.Rea.I love what Ms.Sheina said "Feel free to feel bad about it, but don't let the rejections and failures hinder you from reapplying because it will only be a matter of time before you get the job the more you get rejected the more things you will learn." I failed so many times on applying in callcenter but my determination to land a job in this industry is very strong.I mean rejections can't stop me from reapplying.Thankyou Ms.Rea your videos helped me a lot.

Im a newbie and tried to applied in a BPO company. I studied first contact center course, coz im already 43 and was laid off last January this year. Then i watch this channel ms. Rhea and ms shienna's channel. It really helped me to be hired. Im on my way to J.O. and hoping that may medical will be clear. Praying and hoping that my medical result will be fine so I can start my training next week. 🙏😇

Even I if im not mistaken i failed on my interviews for about 20 times and it didnt stop me from applying on a bpo industry i used it as my motivation to go further now i already work with 3 different bpo companies 😅

I feel enlightened while watching your videos, right now i failed my first mock call and it feels very humiliating for me 😭 i hope that in watching videos like this will keep my burning desire to pursue bpo industry because i really want to be part of it . 😭😭😭

Nag apply po ako sa BPO Company at nakuha ko pong Position ay Back Office Representative. Ano po kaya yung mga ginagawa dun? Wala po akong ideya tinry ko na po Igoogle pero iba ang lumalabas. First Job ko po kasi kaya wala mashado alam

The reason why I'm a little bit afraid of applying to a call centre is because of my accent, my pronunciation and my body clock

These advice were really helpful for me. I had a interview today, and I got rejected. :( This is my fifth or sixth time trying to apply to a call center. They always say my grammar is not that good and some mispronunciations. Now, I’ll try to get better my communication skills.

Di lahat ng companies pwede pero for sure meron din.

Gusto ko po talaga i tray ang bpo industry pero na didiscourage po ako dahil may lisp po ako medyo bulol po ako sa "S" kaya nag aalinlangan ako na baka pagtawanan lang ako. 😔

Dont think about what others will say. Try it for yourself. A lisp is not a deal breaker. Go for it. 💗

I need to push myself to go from this industry because my parents can't afford my tuition fees anymore because of inflation continously increase. But still I need to finish 2nd sem of my 2nd year of college and hopefully I can get hired soon. 💖

I don't have yet any experiences being a call center agent, I'm actually looking for a company who's hiring so i can get a chance to be part of it, and it can help me to get out of my comfort zone which i s I've always wanted to tried but i can't because I'm always told to myself I'm not fit in BPO industry because of lack of confidence, and my delivery speaking in English is not that really fluently. I'm currently store crew in some convenience store in manila, and now, praying and hoping that one day, I'll be part of BPO industry. Wish me luck 🥺🖤
