I relate to this so hard, earlier this year I went back to visit my grandmother cause she's on her deathbed. My mother was saying that we need to be there for each other when no one was there for me for all the trauma that they caused me to the point of wanting to end it, which started feeling like that during middle school. I'm still dealing with C-PTSD, anxiety and depression from all the things that has happened to me even though I've moved out about 6-7 years ago. It's draining being what people called "strong" when you just want to lay down or be protected, but there's no one to protected you from your inner thoughts. I want to say that I love you, and talking about these subjects are hard, but it's kinda needed. I hope that we can give you as much or more comfort that you give to us. ❤️‍🩹

I know how you feel because in January my great-grandfather died and I've known him for 13 years and he meant everything to me he raised me like I was with his only child even though I'm not blood related to him but he was a really really great man and I loved him with all my heart and he's the one that kept me going and when I heard that he died I just broke down into tears and my sisters have told multiple people that they heard the pain in my voice because he meant everything to me I suffer from PTSD about that and I'm like I can't trust anyone I feel like they're going to leave me at all and even though he wasn't my blood-related grandfather I so see him last night but I was prepare myself for his death but I guess I was still not ready because I was yelling in pain severe pain when I heard that he died and then I heard that he died I was sitting in my room with my bottle of my anti-depressants mature 100mg I'm just running through my head I'm late the only thing that's I can do these right now if I really wanted to kill myself would be take 10 of these and I would just be dead because I would be 1,000 mg of antidepressants going into my body going into a 12-year olds body

@shadow munson I'm sorry that you have so much pain. I don't think you have to be blood-related to have that kind of strong emotional reaction. But I'm glad that you didn't end your life. I can't say that things will get better, but you'll get used to the pain. There will be times that you'll cry for something small or out comes out of nowhere, cause it does for me too. All I can say is 3 words that have helped me in many ways: "Everything is temporary." To me, it has a few different meanings 1) that emotion is temporary, it's up to you if you want to hold on to it, 2) the situation is temporary and it will pass, 3) you will find something different after it passes and recollect yourself, and 4) don't let something negative hold you back from doing what you love cause you know it's not forever. I hope this helps you ❤️‍🩹

I have a really bad reaction to yelling. My brain just shuts everything out. It gets too much sometimes and I don't have anyone to talk to either. And all of these audios help more than anyone can imagine.

I have such intense emotions screaming at me to act as a wall between you and them, cradle your head against my chest, and tear into them like no one has seen before. You’re doing absolutely great with what you have and what you’ve been given. I’m proud of you, you are stronger than you realize, and you have grown so much to realize and call out toxic behavior. I myself had some ptsd due to a very similar situation, however I’m happy you dealt with it better than me!

Hello! To who ever is reading this (kinda hoping that Yami sees this) i suffer from very severe anxiety. I can’t control it even when it’s easy but throughout the audio I felt tears running down and my heart rate racing. The audio it’s self kinda helped (until the yelling) but the end of the video calmed me more than what I would’ve expected. I’m so glad I found this cause now it helps me realize that some people still/used to suffer from what I overcame from the past year. But I’m so proud of who ever has to deal with horrible disabilities and more.
