My ex boyfriend who was abusive to me in high school when I was 16 would make me flinch a couple times by raising his hand at me or turning to me so quick he would even call me names I’m not comfortable saying Graduated in 2020 I’m glad I left my high school but I have to admit I’ll miss my favourite teachers and memories of positives there 21 now in 2023 soon 22 in October I have trust issues with guys sometimes I’m even scared to start dating because I’m afraid that they would be just like him But this really helps me out I would shut my eyes while listening to this and imagine in my own mind during the entire video

I don’t know if you'll see this but thank you for this audio. I didn’t realize this would be as triggering as it was for me but this is also something that i needed to listen to. My mom was angry the first 12-14 years of my life and when you got angry in the audio, it was a lot like what she would say. I ended up crying the whole audio, for different reasons. Than you for this audio because everything that was said after was what I've needed for the past 5-7 years. Im still living at home and going to college, my mom hasn't acted like that for the past half decade but she says she doesn't remember any of it but does apologize when i mention something. Thank you for this audio because i truly needed the comfort it gave.
