Without any gyms anywhere near my town, you're becoming essential in my training. I'll never be as good as I could be with an actual coach, but you and a couple other KZreadrs are making me so much better than I was.

@James Blackwood I would reccomend a heavy bag as the best option. If nothing then a standing bag, but it won't be as dense.

A mirror is your best friend so you can see the dumb things you are probably doing that a coach would correct.

@@PrecisionBoxing It's harder than it looks. Easy to get hit but difficult to hit the opponent. Coach says the more times I walk through the door the better I'll get. I believe him. Lifestyle changes have been made I'm determined to get better

You 3 yrs younger than me and i’m interested in boxing i’m 40 and looking for an gym in my area
I practised this whilst watching the video. It made sense. It works. Before watching this video, I thought all my punches were supposed to rotate at the hips.
Pacquiao does this perfectly. Good tip, thank you.

I really just got the timing once I started touching the bag instead of shadow boxing. Thanks Coach.

I love how you analyze and explain things in a way I understand better. More than in a a gym where people say just do it. Also maybe better for knees instead of decades of planting and twisting.

Good stuff! Thanks for the good training tips. My new boxing 🥊 trainer tells me just to move around the boxing ring. Don’t even use the heavy bag for another two months. I definitely need to focus on my footwork to become a better boxer. Great 👍🏼 boxing 🥊 training videos TJ! Thanks.

The sweet science, I like your style my friend.
Second time watching this video. Great information here. Great explanation of weight transfer and focus on speed. Over work your opponent first then plant your feet for the follow through heavy hitter punches. Need more speed!
