I agree for me if we talking about pure Boxing at least I go to This Guy or Ross Enammit (sp?) Freddy Roach also has a channel but I feel that the channel we are on now goes more in depth with things. Altho I am a big fan of Roach as a trainer. I also liked Teddy Atlas a lot but I don't know if he ever put up a youtube channel.

Great lesson on footwork. As a bigger guy I tend to have a problem changing directions and mixing up the pace. And as a right handed person that fights southpaw this really helps me land a stiff jab or lead hook. Keep the videos coming boss.

JT, like you, I find this easy as we are average height with good short leg and calf fibre and structure, to stop, react and drive forward. More difficult for guys with longer slimmer frames and legs. Jump Squatting and step work helps develop stronger fibres. Also, skipping is very important. Peace up/

Bodyboarding Chronicles I’m a kickboxer and no don’t have a boxers stance or footwork because there two different martial arts, although use all same punches and blocks as a boxer, generally rule kickboxing is use your kicks followed by punches and same punches followed by kicks, and knees elbows to in Muay Thai, kickboxers have a wider stance and can cover more distance and stay at kicking distance

I have an inquiry. Would you consider doing a video about the clubbells and how to use them? Most of what I have seen about them is Wrestler related content and I didn't know if their use for Boxers differed any? Also second question, the Sledgehammer. Is that for building hitting power because my understanding is building power is mostly about velocity and most people can't accelerate a sledgehammer to the kind of speeds that would make it useful for that purpose but that it is good for building general strength and endurance. If your view differs I'd be interested in your input. I hope you see this! Oh if these topics are already covered just say so and I'll look through your vids to find them!
