Get on Keto , my husband put his type Il diabetes in remission on it he lost 60 lbs is in great health . I lost the 30 lbs I needed to loose on it and have way more energy. Watch Dr Ken Berry keto for beginners.. Also get ALL YOUR HORMONE levels checked. I didn’t realize it, but I had almost 0 thyroid function. I am currently on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and take thyroid meds , it has been life-changing. I’m 63. We have been on keto for four years. My husband is 72 years old and is in better shape than he’s been in since he was in his 40s. Even his Dr is astounded but we do NOT cheat , it has truly been a life style change but well worth it.

It's just a natural process why do you dread something as natural as breathing? Who really would want to stay the same until the end? The completion in life is stages or it's incomplete which is why dying young is so sad People say they don't want to age and would like to remain youthful but beauty comes from time.. aged tree's, shrubs and old book's old buildings with presence because of the past are everything which is why people are drawn to such stuff not just the shard or a newly planted thing.. most walk on by but established things draw people to them I think time is a beautiful thing and it's process of us evolving through it is the real meaning to this thing we call life

@@tamillaabduragimova1810 I am never hungry anymore. I experimented a couple of times. On my son's 28th birthday, I bought a surgery cake, white flour. I was a wreck. I wanted to eat the whole cake. It's addicting. I wisely made him take the cake home. He is super skinny....but even skinny people need to avoid process junk. I eat for treats now almond flour and brown coconut Suger. It does not give that metabolic disturbance to keep eating.

2 hours later I tried it. No rope but I went through the motions. I set the time for 15 minutes so no cheating. My dogs freaked out and went to hide. They thought I had lost it ! Just goes to show how sedentary I am. It was fun and took me back 45 years. I didn't actually jump because I have 20 kg to lose and gravity was fighting me. But I started eating healthy a few weeks ago and cut out caffeine too. So this is the perfect moment to add exercises. ❤ a huge thank you. ❤ from South Africa. 68 feral child here.
