Boondocking Anvil Campground, Silverton, Co.

We got an amazing spot at Anvil Campground in Silverton, Co.
It was cold and snowy but absolutely beautiful. We did Ophir Pass, Black Bear Pass and The Durango Silverton Railroad. Those will be seperate videos.
Thanks for tagging along with us.

I've spent a lot of time in and around Silverton - its hard to capture the beauty of the area, but you did a good job with your video. Stay safe out there!!!

Thank you!! It is an amazing area. Pictures and videos don't do it justice. I appreciate you watching.

Great video. Do you think a 22 camper would be able to fit in that last campsite along the river?

Thank you!! If you could get turned around before hand and back down I think you'd manage. If not, there are quite a few options for different spots. The Kendall (I think it's called) is a little before this spot, it's a little bigger. There's also a campground that takes reservations farther down the road. Thanks for watching

Thank you, it was quite amazing. Parts of it were taken with my phone and some with the GoPro. Both on 1080 but may have differences.

@@chkwgn460 Just keeping you and YT honest...don't get too tough guy. Don't pretend to do Black Bear when you didn't. Now you did, congrats. It's much easier these days...

@@JohnSmith-rr2ti lol, I live in Illinois. Kinda hard to just go do Black Bear. We did it on our last day at this camp spot but I made the video of the whole time we were there. I didn't pretend anything. Not that I need to explain myself to you. You could ask without the snarkyness.
