  • @AK-kg1es

    @AK-kg1es

    3 жыл бұрын

    @Kevin Belgrove sir I asked you a Bible verse where it says to call Him that particular name because you know the name Yahua we have only found YHWH because ancient Hebrew people thought that His name is so Holy that we should not pronounce it so they only wrote it as YHWH so that the reader in future won’t be able to pronounce it, the name that’s why it was written without any vowels and Yahweh or Yahua is not known that this is truely His name cause ancient people only wrote YHWH and they wrote letters in ancient Hebrew even Hebrews don’t know what he’s called if what you say that He should be only called my Hebrew names is true than you’re also not knowing His true name and no one knows yet. Than I see in the Bible that we must only believe of what is written in the Bible not what we think what we feel or see or hear because even satan dresses as Angel and gives false visions and false feelings He has control over them as well so not all you see or were taught by a spiritual being is correct, because that spiritual being can be the devil and how do you know whether it’s God or that being with your scripture. And the verse which you show me all who call upon His name shall be saved meaning all who have faith in Him, live and die for Him and devote themselves to Him the beliefs which you’re telling rn are very similar to worshiping those letter which you say are His true name when you don’t even know what is His name cause we just have these four letter without vowels YHWH. What do you make out of this and how do you know it’s biblical you can’t simple as that. And we don’t worship that name we worship Him if I just think salvation is in that name which we don’t even know is it not like making that name a god rather than that Supreme Being whine we call God and what does God means? What does it means than the word God means just the God the supreme being. And if you say that all those who say Jesus is Lord are false than for so many years you were false and maybe you wouldn’t find all whom you preached the name Jesus so you lead them to false? I know you won’t deny but than is it a thing. More so I am not debating just telling for you to think again like someone who is trying to oppose you than see your conclusion now and that conclusion and compare and see because we don’t know what are the vowels between YHWH.

    The way every book is set up and illustrated and laid out is just so perfect! I never knew how much the Old Testament scriptures spoke of the Messiah. The whole goal from the beginning to end is pretty much all about Jesus :)

  • @Gaminglord123

    It's quite remarkable how many times the Messiah is mentioned, prophesied about and looked forward to. This is why even though the Old Testament is fantastic and is finished in its own right, it is not truly complete without the New Testament, which fulfils and compliments what came before it.

    You have no idea how much you have helped me understand the bible. I just finished reading the book of Kings ,and guessed that Chronicles would be a boring repetitive book, and had no intention of reading it.But now that I watched the animated video I can be motivated to read it , because it made me understand that theres a special reason as to why that book was placed , and that may be to get an idea of what’s the overall God’s purpose at the end. Thanks, Bible Project.

Why must I skip the literary treasures and most importantly the hope of the coming of the Messiah which I can relate to, as we too wait for Him just like the Israelites then to establish His kingdom here on earth! Beautiful...I'm currently rereading the Bible but the way I've chosen to read it this go around is different than traditional cover to cover, rather I began in Genesis in the OT and likewise Matthew in the NT but with the addition of a constant rotation of reading the wisdom book of Proverbs to correspond a chapter for each day of the month since there are 31 Chapters...I'm now nearing the end of 1 Chronicles and this was helpful with furthering my understanding because I was getting a bit lost in places...thank you guys for allowing Christ to use you and for the countless videos you bless us with...love all of you over at The Bible Project...GOD bless.

    Chronicles was written along side of all the over books. It was an ongoing book that you write things in. Like a Secretary's minutes. You can tell this by the book of Kings and Samuel. It begans to mention scribes and recorders and talks about the other books such as Chronicles. So this book was likely around for a duration of time.

    So happy to get into the New Testament now. I've only read the New Testament because the Old Testament was so confusing and I never understood the meaning besides the straight forward stories. Going to be so happy reading the Old Testament now.

    Is started ready last year and I’m finally in the last book, I was low key dredging it cause it’s an overview of everything I’ve read but the video got me pumped! It’s true, God doesn’t do anything without an amazing purpose. I’m excited to read Chronicles!

    I am one of those people who just thought to skipped the book of Chronicles. I paused the video and read it, and indeed it is a book that repeat the previous books. The first chapters of the chronicles were so hard to read at it is a compilation of their ancestors. Now that i almost finish it, the book were written on God's pov of great love. That despite the disobedience of his people, He is indeed the God who loves unconditionally. This book also made me realized that there's a reason why God allowed bad stuff to happen. It's to bring you back again to His embrace. Praise His name forever and ever.

    I have read the bible many times when I was little but then I kinds stopped doing it and also I mostly only read my fav parts of the bible but a few months ago when quarantine started for me I made myself a promise to read the bible from Genesis to Revelation, every single book of the bible. From genesis to Deuteronomy was good but also pretty bad but then it got worse and worse and now I just finished redoing the 2nd book of kings and I just sat there thinking about how cruel and horrible we humans can be😬Thx to all your videos I understood some books better than I had before, pls keep going on, you guys are amazing!
