I’ve heard great things about The One. You put this back on my radar. I’m currently reading The Maid by Nita Prose and really enjoying it so far

I started the maid, but really didn't care for the main character in it so I ended up not finishing it. Curious when you do your wrap up what you think of it!
I’m currently reading Remarkably Bright Creatures. Highly recommend. Very sweet heartwarming story. Thanks for sharing! I put a few more on my library list 🧡

I have she’s not sorry on my wish list. I have enjoyed other books by this same author.
The Last Mrs. Parrish was written first and yes the other book is identical. I read them both in one weekend to prove this. Wayyyy too similar except for ending change... 😬 Yes I had a zoom with Liv Constantine (sisters) and yes they have thoughts about it 😂

That does not surprise me. It is VERY similar 🤣 that’s unfortunate. It’s a great concept and I would have rated it much higher if I had read it first. Looking forward to the sequel though!!
I was thinking about reading The Last Mrs. Parrish but I don’t think I’d like a schemer

The Lash Mrs. Parish was written first! In 2017. So if anything, the other book copies her (if this is even true). The book i'm thinking of that's so similar wasn't published until 2022. Give it a read. She wrote a great novel!!
People We Meet on Vacation was my least favorite of Emily Henry’s books too
