I’m struggling with Lavender & Speckle’s throw in an open concept. Bedrooms are usually fine, but it gets lost in bigger areas. The # of warmers is not an issue. How much do you cure it and how much of a Bundt do you put in each warmer?

Usually I let it cure 3-6 months before I warm and I use the whole bundt in each warmer

I have smaller warmer dishes so I can only use a half at most or it drowns out the scent for me. I also use hot plate and tea light warmers 😊 I have extremely high ceilings and open concept and I get great performance however when I used a whole Bundt I got nothing 😔 so maybe try less if you use a whole or more if you use less. Different homes and warmers require different amounts ❤ sorry you aren't having a lot of luck with L&S 😢 wishing you luck 🤞🍀

Such great pics, Alexis! I really like that you have a nice variety, tree, beach nights, masculine, outdoorsy, summer bakery, etc. I definitely hope to try Cake By The Ocean and Surfside Sweetshop next year! I have more than enough Summer Scents and it is hard for me to pick a favorite Beach Nights. I haven’t tried some vendor Beach Nights but I really like Sassy Girl Aroma’s and Lavender and Speckles. I have Cozy Barbershoppe and I get a really nice masculine cologne type scent.

It is so difficult to pick your top 10 favorite scents. Some of my favorites I have already melted and burned through. One is Lemon Poundcake I had in a candle from a local vendor that I’d repurchase in candle and wax melts.

I wish I felt the way you do about loaves. I will cut it up amd let it stay in my drawer forever. I do double bag them but the struggle is real. I just got salty sea air. It's so good! I need a loaf in so fetch! That blend is amazing.

Alexis, what a great order! I love Britta's! Her blends always suprise me. I enjoy so many of her scents. I love her coffee blends. I'm not sure if you like coffee in wax, but definitely try her coffee blends if you do.

Alexis, this was a great idea! My all-time favorite scent oil would be Sassy Girl Aroma’s beach night. It was the first thing that came to my mind when I think of a scent I’d be upset if I couldn't get anymore. I love so many of her beach night blends, but Ghost World is sticking out in my mind for sure. I would have to sit down and think about all the vendors I purchase from and come up with ten scents. It will be tough for me, I know.

Hey Alexis, I have a content idea that I wanted to share. I know you are on a no-buy, but I think it would be really cool to share what you WOULD buy or what you recommend from certain openings if you were shopping (if it's not too tempting). For instance, it seems like L3 is having an opening weekly until she closes, but I am so overwhelmed by her lists and would love to have someone who is more experienced give their suggestions to help me focus my selection a litte more. Same with Super Tarts. I want to get in on some of these weekly RTSs but don't know where to start! I know you probably film way in advance, so I'm not sure if the timing would work out, but I just wanted to pass along that suggestion.

Hi Hannah, thank you so much for that recommendation! I do try to go over preorder lists here and there, but I don't do them for every opening. I film in advance like you mentioned and it's tough to hit timing right- especially with Super Tarts because a lot of the lists don't really go up until that day. Let me think about it a bit and see how I can work some more of that content in. I'm happy to do them! Also if there is every anything you are curious about, i'm always available on instagram and can help walk you through a list as well if you need any feedback. Thank you for the idea!

This video is making me think I should pull out my top 10 favourite scents and then I should turn around and warm them for the next 10 days just to have a great 10 days. Sometimes I warm something to just use it up and usually by the end of the day I am switching my wax

I do the same. I think we all can relate, those of us that have a lot of wax at least. We would have 10 amazing melting days (or even more than 10) if we just melted things we absolutely love. We should do a week or two this summer of melting our favorites!

I agree about finding it hard to want to support all these great small businesses, but also keep the balance of not purchasing every preorder to do so. I agree about finding it hard to want to support all these great small businesses, but also keep the balance of not purchasing every preorder to do so. I need to get better at posting in their Facebook groups when I melt something - that seems like a good way to show support while sticking to my no buy 🤗

LOL I of course had to include dirt and there is nothing better than morning walk. It's tough to pick your top 10 and so I tried to pick a variety. So many others I thought of and could have added. Petrichor, Dirt from that Smell good shop. Tipsy Gingerbread man from Second and Spruce. The list goes on and on
