Bon Jovi is thinking about retiring because of vocal problems and here comes Tommy releasing this tribute to this Hard Rock classic. Tommy definitely just retired Bon Jovi. imagine waking up to this version. If it were me, I wouldn't know whether I would laugh or cry. Tommy, Today you are every musician's nightmare. I think Tommy is a great musician but with technology sometimes you don't need to be able to play instruments to record a song
Tommy Johansson is a musical genius. Piano/Keyboard. Guitar. And unparalleled vocals. He can truly do it all.

I know Tommy has been REALLY busy recently with taking a step back from Sabaton so he can put the finishing touches on the new MAJESTICA album, (which is guaranteed to be stellar) and he's been having tons of fun covering some great stuff playing with himself (selves) while playing the banjo a little..... I LOVE the slick, epic sounding symphonic extra touches he throws into this 'Tommyfied' version of the Bon Jovi classic tune RUNAWAY. These 'Johanssonized' versions always make my FriYAYs better in the mornings!

It's so great! This song is really my youth. The era of permed hair and trousers so tight you had to lie down to put them on. I used to go out every weekend to clubs that played nothing but metal and I used to shake my head to this track while playing air guitar. Tommy, you're incredible! @@danielh5573 😆 Den Stora Älgvandringen min vän, SVT's storsatsning av Slow TV varje år. Ca 3 veckor nonstop i Ångermansländska skogarna där man ser älgar som simmar över Ångermanälven plus en massa annat kul som örnar, björnar, järvar och lodjur...och en hel del fögglar.

I tusentals år har älgar vandrat från inland till kust( och vice versa) i jakt på det bästa betet. Hällristningar i Nämforsen visar 6000 år gamla bilder! Sen 6 år tillbaka visar SVT slow-tv dvs dygnet runt om hur älgarna kommer vandrande och simmar över Ångermanälven. Massor med kameror och kilometervis med kablar är riggade och förutom älgar syns både fåglar och annat vilt, björn, järv och lo...mm!😊

@@danielh5573 SVT Play streamar i realtid (SLOW TV) några veckor i skogarna där älgarna passerar på våren för att ta sig till bördigare marker att kalva på. Det här är 6e året de gör det och det blir bara mer och mer populärt. Det är otroligt avslappnande att titta på eller bara ha i bakgrunden. Chatten är också trevlig.
