Watching his videos now that I am older it’s teaching me to not be afraid to forget what you have created before. He creates these beautiful backgrounds and then he proceeds to paint over them creating something more beautiful. It’s okay to just keep going ...creating more beauty. Thank you Bob. I have a task for my art class to do a copy of a painting from any artist, so i tried doing this today on regular A5 painting paper with no titanium white, some tempera and a couple of crappy brushes... I swear to god i tried my best.

Anyone else looove the blender brush!? He gets in a whole mood when he uses it. So relaxing.

He was a one off, happy human being. He faced his own struggles, yet had the mental fortitude to be able to let go, and Just be thankful for the little things. The beauty of nature, and life. I love Bob, and I know He is in heaven. He was a genius. It reminds me of happier simpler times. Hanging with squirrels, and painting Beautiful paintings. Rip sweet man.

Everything is good. Everything is calm. The 2016 election does not exist. Bob Ross is painting a sunset and the world is at peace.

SAME. I got into painting like this just a few days ago. The first thing I did with following the tutorials was a square canvas with four like... 10x10cm? 12x12cm? smaller square pictures on it. Each one from a different tutorial. And even tho they're so small I spent much more time on each of them 'cuz I was keep pausing, rewinding, looking for the right mix of the colors, drying my brushes, etc. They may be just happy little accidents with way less details but apparently they're enough for others to say "Wow :0" xD

I was having so much trouble painting then I followed this and it was the first time I felt proud of a painting (I sound like an old commercial but it’s true)

i made this painting today and it made me so happy to see him painting. I love how he chuckles when he beats the devil out of the paintbrush. and the video with the squirrel was so cute. bob Ross wil forever be my legend.

I love the way he sees the world, it makes me grateful of the planet i live

I just did this painting, and it came out really good! The art teachers at my day camp and my school are usually really strict. But Bob is so sweet

I’d like to think bob’s painting heaven in heaven

He is definitely in heaven helping God paint the skies and clouds

It’s strange how you watch him do every single thing step by step but at the end you’re still astonished at how awesome it looks

What did we ever do to deserve Bob Ross?

Growing up I didn't have cable and would watch this man paint. It always relaxed and amazed me. RIP Bob Ross

I am watching Bob during this pandemic we are having in 2020. I love him so much!!!!

I fell like he created ASMR without even knowing, his voice is so relaxing😴
