Bob Ross didn't paint to show off his skills. He painted to show you that you can.

It is sad, Bob Ross Inc. Is now own by Joan Kowalski the daughter Annette and Walt. While Steve Ross Bob's son and painter himself cannot even used his father's name without being sued.

The fact that the Kowalskis got away with what they did and the very person they were taking advantage of was Bob Ross of all people is absolutely horrendous. Zero shame whatsoever.

Very similar to Gary Gygax, Co creator of Dungeons and Dragons. These men both made a big difference in my life. It saddeneds me greatly that greed took advantage of them.

I'd put money on th fact that lord himself came personally to collect Bob. Let the vultures take his material possessions. I still have his a piece of Mr. Ross in my heart.

I loved all of Bob Ross paintings. Everyone has few skeletons in there past. I do not care about his. I only admire the man and his work. His legacy lives to me. The Kowalski’s can go pound sand. They were not the talent behind the scenes, only money grubbing creeps. Oh well, Bob Ross lives on, the Kowalski clan is hopefully all gone by now. Out of the business that is,not passed on. Paint on people !!!

the Kowalski are really selfish and how dare the stepbrother signed the papers behind his back, maybe if he painted it could of help but then they might use him to make more paintings. This is really dark, screw the Kowalski!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 they should be in jail forever I am not giving their child a chance, what they did was wrong and cruel to the fame of art through the centuries RIP Bob Ross, 😭.🥀

He stole everything from his teacher, Bill Alexander; he should be looked down upon. He was even so mean, he put copyrights and trademarks on stuff so his teacher couldn't even use things he came up with. The wet-on-wet technique was Bill's...NOT Bob's. Sadly the fumes from making the magic white...gave all the artists cancer. His soothing voice was because he vowed he would never yell like his military people did. The saying 'happy little trees'...were from Bill Alexander. The guy was a thief. The show, 'The Joy of Painting' was AFTER he got trademarks and copyrights on things. He didn't ern anything...he stole them. I feel no sympathies for this 'thing' named Bob Ross at all. But the old saying 'what comes around goes around'...he died BEFORE Bill Alexander...so he didn't get to enjoy what he stole. Karma in its finest moments.
