My old 68 F100 has been a project of mine for over 15 years. It has sat idle in multiple locations for years off and on. Now I am kicking myself in the rear. With all the sitting outdoors we have developed some rust. I had intentions of getting a carport for it probably 100 times. Now I am paying for my procrastination. Mother Nature has left the top of the cab with multiple ventilation holes.
I am notoriously bad about keeping myself going 100 mph in ten different directions. With all my hobbies and a full time job. A complete new roof skin welded in is not in the cards for me at the moment. I have been contemplating how to fix the cab roof for a year or so. After a very long complete boat restoration under my belt. I now have acquired a new set of skills in fiberglass work. Therefore I figured what better way to do a quick, waterproof, and super strong patch!
