I have not finished the video but it looks like there's a lot of stuff you have to pop out of cardboard which is a very fun experience.

@@thekarmamonkey2954 I'm personally talking about when there's a sheet of thick board, might even technically just be wood, with perforated bits you have to pop out. The coins in Sheriff of Nottingham are an example. Very little chance of rippage and no cutting, but it's possible I misunderstood you.

The name of this game alone sounds fun. Its a charming idea

My friends and I really enjoy this game. Sure, the mods don't make you super powerful, but they do help improve your chances of victory against roaming Bandits and give you nifty defenses. One of the main selling points of this game for me however, was the fact that once you popped out all the components the game has own storage pretty much settled. All those plastic trays just nestle right into each other and the game cleans up like a breeze.

This sounds uncannily similar to the parody board games he's made in his short videos before...

Wasteland Express is definitely less of an 'Ameritrash' game than it looks. From the graphics you'd expect Mad Max type brawls, but it's kind of more about route and contract selection. I like it as a medium-weight game that has really high production values. SungWon should review Twilight Imperium if he can stand a 12 hour boardgame. If you want a lot of player interaction and some great battles, but also a ton of choices (and the game secretly being about objectives) it might be a good choice.

Pro, could you do a skit on luck? Specially bad luck? When I roll dice I roll low, when I play card games I never get any sort of wild or helpful cards, Any luck based game I just utterly fail at. Your “dairy cow” videos almost summed it up if I were the person who had to watch it unfold but in a much smaller scale. I was playing five crowns with my uncle and he finished the game with 30 points and most hands he got what he needed immediately, while I was stuck with 250 points by the end of the game. P.s. points are bad in this game, the less you have the better.

I have the same game mat as yours. I enjoy this game. There is actually a fair bit of planning that goes into playing this game efficiently! I’m going to get it to the table this weekend. The combat does become way too easy once you load up your truck with guns so I double the attack of the enemies so I can’t just go and slaughter them until the late game. Good review. Digging your channel man.

So basically, you start the game with 7 axles, 4 nuclear reactors, 12.5 ultraviolet ramshackles and 3.7 neoprene handbags, player 2 makes the first move and you take 4 profiteroles and place them in the thunderdome, provided the weather isn’t sunny and nobody is wearing red trousers that player can then make one somersaulting cheese factory, which allows them to roll a D12 for the chance of getting black brie, if they roll a 4 then they get an angry farmer, in the meantime every other player takes two tabernacles and inserts them into the gyroscope. Once this is done, one player must stand on their head for 12 seconds, if they fail then one axle is removed and the player to their left must move 14 spaces in the direction dictated by the justicar immortalis spindle, furthermore should any 9 sided objects be in view from any player tokens line of sight a total of 11 diamond tokens and 3 orange pins must be randomly distributed amongst the field of heaven, allowing 5 zombies to feast on the Brie, if none of the players have uttered a word containing at least 4 vowels since the profiteroles were moved then every player must take a card from the grimblespank funkcustard pile and read them aloud, if anyone pulls the critical spandex card, take the elliptical candy floss and spin it 15 times increasing velocity for every purple coin in the specialists backpack UNLESS the specialist has precisely 19 coins, then remove all profiteroles and reverse direction of play, once this is done it’s onto the cheese tasting phase.... Sorry just making a joke out of how fucking ridiculously complex this game is, how the fuck is anyone supposed to play this properly lol

I couldn't really get into it. There was little interaction between players and it dragged on for a couple of hours. I like the look and theme but gameplay was too shallow.
