So sad that this engine is not being produced anymore :(

I have the F15 M50d and it IS pretty nice on long trips. Especially the transmission (ZF 8HP) is awesome!

@@yes8032 Idk, the TFSI engines are not known to be reliable and the new diesel engines do not really make fun. I mean my X5 has more hp than the S6...

Sq7 tdi is better.
M50d is so smooth and quiet. It is a shame to see it go.
You drive 253 km/h and it feels like 120. Suspension is great!

@@kaankorkmaz its not about speed its about unique identity. The M divison was made for special purpose but nowdays they are just putting M badges everywhere even tough these cars are not proper M division cars like M2,M4, etc. Just putting M badge, red stitching, red start button, red floor mats ,stiffer suspension doesn't mean that it's a M division car. I hope you are getting what I am trying to say.

Как то слабо для нового кузова разгон,мой е70 M50D определенно гораздо быстрее разгоняется и 260км/ч не проблема и легко

Why slow? It's a luxurious family SUV, not a sports car. 400hp are really sufficent for everyday use.

This is fast enough to overtake 80% of the cars in the road while having great fuel economy. If you want a faster one go for x5m. And a car can't be crap because it isn't fast enough ( even tho x5 m50d is quite fast ) , it looks great , great interior , luxurious , comfortable , amazing tech so i don't know what you mean with crap
