Do you ever do videos on home appliances like stove /oven and refrigerators?

My oven seems to be running hot as well. The technician replaced the thermostat but the problem still exists. Could this be the issue ??

Yes. If your technician did not calibrate the new probe with the fine adjustment on the board then it may continue over/under heating. The other possibility is that the control board itself is bad, however if it was not calibrated I would suspect that's more likely the issue.
