To help you all out in the comments. Directly under the pit was the agi drain installed by the builders and that was the plan we all looked at. The owner drilled some holes in the bottom of the black pit and that was allowing the water to slowly drain and discharge into the agi and that then discharged into the larger pit on the path. In the beginning I mentioned I located the camera head under the black bucket/pot plant in the paved area. I never marked it with paint. I just use an item until I know what is going on. The out let from the pit did go in the opposite direction. But it quickly took a 90 bend towards the house and then entered the main drain that took me down to the area I originally located the camera head and the area you could see me listening. 10 years ago when they installed that agi and redid the storm water (in the area I was looking) they just capped the pipe off 🤦‍♂️ Hope this helps you all out. So in others words, someone had no idea how to do propper pipe work and messed things up really badly which ended up causing even more problems.

Hi Gavin ,a few mention's in the comment's below ,it got me puzzled too. why did you put it in the pipe to the left then walk to the right help me ! Rarely seen you not succeed, But nice to hear you reassure steve about all the different option's to solve this. Well done you gave 100%...

Bunnings sells a High Pressure line and nozzle for a Karcher. I have problems with leaves🌿 blocking my downpipes as they have more 90° bends than normal. I know it's cheap and nasty but that doesn't stop me feeling like im the Penetrator or Drain Addict for the day. All i need is a mascot 🐢.

Why didn’t you locate where your camera stopped and go to the area and take the cap off?

Watching you standing there waiting for the drain to go down and seeing you using R2D2 a bit, I wonder if getting a 50 HP vacuum with a 30 - 40 metre 40 mm diameter hose to suck all the water, grime, pebbles out would work. I'm talking about a super duper R2D2 on steroids (10 times the power). The sort of thing that would empty a washing machine in about a minute. It would probably have a 1 litre petrol motor on it. Ps Know all about the aches and pains of doing hard labour (digging) when you reach your 40's

I noticed that too.... Gavin pushed the "penetrator" to the right side and walked to the left to find the noise.... Maybe there is a curveball here that we did not see.

@@joshuaguenin9507 Which I didn't understand either because that means the drain circled the house...it was in the opposite direction. He knew how much hose he had out (what 20m?) no way that was far enough to loop the house. I also didn't understand it when he said that it ended there because he didn't locate it with his camera so...yea, it was a confusing one.

Will continue vid here.......but @ 5:50 ....how could you expect the "HEAR" the jetter head THERE.....when the hose in the hole is heading the opposite direction?

I was also "Why is he in the other section of the yard listening for the jetter when it went the other direction"...My question is HOW was that missed way back when? Too bad it's been a decade, had it been a few months at least you'd have a shot at somebody fixing it due to their error. :(
