Combo of your stormwater and Post10 with the beaver pond discussion makes me want to do some sort of engineered catchbasin/pond system if i ever had an opportunity to build anything from the ground up. Oversized pipes for easy cleaning, plenty of IO points. And WELL MAPPED.

@@MadMatty01 Well there is something so very satisfying about cleaning a blockage and watching water flow where it should - two nights ago I cleaned my driveway entrance of silt and gravel that was blocking proper drainage, and I was out there today in the rain, smiling, seeing everything drain as it should.

Ollie it's Sunday ,from the looks of that pool they haven't used it in quite some time with the trash in the bottom of the pool and the weeds growing through the brick decking ,That place could stand a good pressure washing ,Ollie did his part ,the owners need to do theirs ,Brilliant Ollie

Above and beyond, Many others would write a separate work order for the deck and fence power wash. Or at least a referral to a deck company for a cleaning and re-sanding of the pavers with Polymeric sand. Cheers to ya Ollie for paying it forward.

The homeowner should really get a drain pipe extender. Having that pipe end in the mud/grass will just plug up again. Great vid as usual..
