You have been with me through so much Paula mainly my daddy's cancer journey. He left me in 2006 but you were with me in the hospital on multiple occasions. Years ago id buy lemon curd in a jar...most food companies get bought out by huge cos and still charge for the name ..bought one tasted like nothing...tried to make it so easy ..

I know you really didn't eat that straight out of the oven, right? I didn't see any steam & it would have burned the crap out of your mouth. So, how long did you let it sit in the water bath & before eating it?
