BLADE RUNNER 2049 - "Black Out 2022" Anime Short

Ойын-сауық

In 2022, an EMP detonation has caused a global blackout that has massive, destructive implications all over the world. Directed by Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo's Shinichiro Watanabe, Blade Runner Black Out 2022 is a new and highly-anticipated animated short which serves as a prologue for the upcoming feature film Blade Runner 2049.
--
Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.
From executive producer Ridley Scott and director Denis Villeneuve, #BladeRunner2049 stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Ana De Armas, MacKenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks, Lennie James, Carla Juri, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto.

I read the original script for this story. In that script the girl's "brain" was backed up on a hard drive by Ren (the human that worked with them to carry out the blackout). Ren was moved by how the girl replicant had a thirst for life. And he wanted to make sure that if things went wrong during the mission, that she could come back to live again. Iggy, the other replicant, wasn't told about Ren's plant tho. So he thought that the girl had indeed died.

@@Naruto-bp6hm it's basically anime with very well-done cgi. Which is extraordinary! The style and aesthetic in this version are in my opinion much better than anything they could do in cgi. But it's also preference. There's something special about non 3D anime that will always make it stand apart from other media. I'm always sad when I see mediocre 3D animations in Japanese production, because classic/traditional anime and manga art styles are so great and what isn't broken need not be fixed. I find that 3D media can't accomplish the same weird distortion of reality that anime uses so frequently to lend to character expression. You'd be lying if you didn't say that part of what you enjoy about anime is the over the top expressions characters often make. Blade Runner is M/\sonic and occult. The first Blade Runner wasn't about the future, it was an occult M/\sonic allegory as many Hollywood fantasy movies are. The entire start of the original Blade Runner was occult symbolism, the eye symbolism that runs through the movie. The two uncapped pyramids represented the eyes of Horus looking at you, the left eye symbolises Destruction, Chaos, Evil. The Right Eye represents Creation, Authority, Good. Who lived in the right eye Pyramid, which was of course on the left of the screen? Eldon Tyrell (Elder God), the "Maker". During the sequence we see a left eye for a couple of seconds to instruct the clued in how to interpret it The movie was about the death of the Christian God in the Fifth Age. It starts with the "replicants", who symbolise fallen angels, falling to earth unseen in a Shuttle. Unlike in the book the "replicants" are supermen. In fact we are told by Freem/\son Ridley they are "Supermen who can't fly", a good description for fallen angel characters. They then move to kill their Creator in the City of the Angels. But Tyrell didn't just create Supermen, he created two others that for reasons unexplained in the movie, as it would mess up the allegory, didn't have super powers. These two, Deckard and Rachel, represented Adam and Eve, also created by "The Maker" but devoid of superpowers. In the end we see the fallen angel B.atty (The Light that burns so very brightly/Lucifer/Prometheus) freeing Deckard and Rachel who represented Man. This is the philosophy of the M/\son's mystery school religion, which you can learn about in this video "MajestyTwelve - William Cooper: Hour of the Time Broadcasts 1998- Bill of Rights Null and Void'' Ridley Scott's movie, Legend, had a similar message. A Boy and Girl, Adam and Eve characters, live in a forest Paradise (Eden), until they're freed from Eden by learning about evil from a Tree. Unlike Horus who loses a left eye and lives, Ridley puts God down for good with two gouged out eyes. God had to be resurrected for the sequel 2049. The God character gets a new face and name, Wallace, whose name means Foreign New Man, perhaps for that reason. He is blind as his eyes were previously gouged out. They also included the plot device of the "Black Out". As God's Right Eye (Eye of Horus/ Sun) was blinded, so the lights go out, and the two uncapped pyramids no longer have beams of blue light for the right eye and green/blue for the injured left. Unlike the previous movie, they're super overt, God's home is referred to as Heaven and his creations, Angels. The sequel, opening up with a right eye for creation, the creation of replicants, had a different message. Even though a genetic engineer could easily copy the reproductive process from man, Wallace can't for plot convenience. As God is now a transhuman machine and has lost his creative powers with his right eye gone. The world has become infertile like its God, supported by machines like himself, and he seeks the "Mystery" of child birth. We will have to see the next Blade Runner movie to understand the purpose of the strange occult message they're pushing there but no doubt it will have something to do with the Elite's Gender Neutral agenda. The fact all the replicant "women" appear to be transgender is a good sign of that. The movie portrays these as man's future, man's replacement, and certainly that's the Elite's transhuman plan in the fifth age. God is probably going to die again, but this time chances are he'll be replaced by a new God/ a new order. Whatever message will be imparted will be done through Rachel and Deckards child, the child of Adam and Eve, which will represent whatever the Elite plan for us in their sick new order. Freem/\sons are obsessed by numerology, especially repeating numbers like the M/\sonic 33. 22 is the number, one of the master builder numbers, associated with their fifth age new order. So plenty of big dramas next year will be staged for their new order. It's interesting this is the year they decide the black out occurred in.

Yes, it was a nuclear bomb. High altitude, but not in space. It is clear from the expanding fireball. Google "Operation Dominic - Starfish Prime". Starfish Prime was a high altitude test of a 1.4 Megaton thermonuclear device which caused an electromagnetic pulse (EMP), which was far larger than expected, so much larger that it drove much of the instrumentation off scale, causing great difficulty in getting accurate measurements. The Starfish Prime electromagnetic pulse also made those effects known to the public by causing electrical damage in Hawaii, about 1,445 kilometres (898 mi) away from the detonation point, knocking out about 300 streetlights, setting off numerous burglar alarms and damaging a telephone company microwave link.

It's thought that a larger bomb, on the order of Tsar Bomba with a yield of 50 Megatons, is capable of wiping out the whole of the US power grid if detonated at the right spot above the center of the country. Real life EMPs are no joke. They're a *side effect* of the single most destructive devices mankind has ever created, and yet the potential for chaos is far greater with using this side effect than using it for its original, purely destructive purpose.

It has the colors of Ennemy, Polytechnique cold, Sicario`s action, Maelstrom`s feminity, Prisoners atmosphere and Incendies flavored ending and Arrival`s might. Yet. 100% BR. Be hyped!
