Blade is one of the greatest marvel characters ever, from the marvel movies to the comics, always dark and twisted content, can’t wait until he’s introduced to the MCU

Media has never covered vampirism well. Most films will show vampires as mindless but a step above zombies because they rely on deception to get close enough to their victims, but whenever a protagonist or an ally change, they retain their human side and are seen as empathetic and disciplined. This really annoys me because the two are mutually exclusive. I am reacting to the video therefore, thinking back throughout media history, the blaxploitation film, "Scream Blacula Scream" was the only film to offer some explanation to this behavior. The victims of Mamuwalde retained their humanity with a thirst for blood but Blacula seemed to have some sort of hypnotic ability to make them do his will. Other films do not explore this. The vampires in Blade's film series seem to be acting independently.

This is what disney really wants in their countless rewrites of a movie. Blade as the villain so his black female daughter is better than him 😂
