You were right, the views are celestial. How lucky we are that you have taken us along for this hike. Scotland is beautiful. The purple mushroom was interesting. What a beautiful walk. It's funny you mentioned your ankle because I still think of that when I see you going up and down the steep places you go. I'm always impressed with it, and how well you're able to maneuver after a relatively recent surgery. Thanks for the update, I'm glad to hear it's healed so well. My daughter's dog rolls in every nasty thing she can find too. What's up with that! I'm glad you didn't have to ride home with Jack smelling that bad. 😉 Your leaf painting (and photo for that matter) is just amazing. It really is beautiful. Thanks for taking us along. 😊

How wonderful to have healed up so well that you can walk so far and run down that big hill! You captured the magnifying properties of the droplets so realistically. I forgot to read the credits to see Jack’s title this week, but I’m pretty sure it must have been “Smelly Boy” or something like that.😂

That was a refreshing walk I must say! It was amusing that Willie didn’t show up until more than half way through ( in silhouette only). Smelly Jack Spaniels is such a good boy. I really appreciate your painting as I used to do a lot of illustration during and after art college.

Another wonderful walk. I love seeing Jack having such a great time, too. The leaf painting is just gorgeous. Great job!

I would have still given my dog a warm bath, as soon as I got him home. Swimming alone may not have gotten him clean. Your wet oak leaf turned out beautiful. There are two White Oak trees next to my home. Today's wind put their leaves on my back steps. The wind had already removed the rain we had early this morning. Not all oak leaves look the same. There must be something special about your oak leaves.

good thing the cows didn't have any calves 😝 great drone shots! well done droplets 😀

Lovely subject choice for your painting Sarah. Those droplets are magical. Seeing that ring of mushrooms reminded me (Sue) of the rings we used to find as youngsters playing in the country in the south of England, many years ago!

Aren't you supposed to take a rock up to add to the pile at the summit for good luck? Love the show, Jack is an absolute treasure.

Another lovely video. I love Sunday evenings watching Sarah and then Willie. I love to see Jack too but this time I’m glad it’s not smelly vision. My daughters cocker is exactly the same for rolling in smelly things 💩

Lovely painting Sarah - really interesting looking with the water drops on it. Love the angelic singing at the end there for the ray of light through the clouds - I find myself doing that too (internally of course) when I catch sight of that!

Aww yeah - Jack was not popular when we got back to the car 🤦‍♀️ Fortunately he never seems to roll in anything too…wet 😬 However, before I knew him, apparently he once rolled in the remains of a dead hedgehog and Willie thought the smell would never leave 😂🤢 We still love them though, despite their faults!

I would say well done if a couple of dips in the loch remove his well rolled in smell…it usually takes us shampoo and scrubbing to get our lab sweet smelling after her blissful encounters with stinky unmentionables. Lovely walk, beautiful oak leaf. Thankyou

Ahh there were a lot more than just two dips in the Loch! Fortunately Jack seems to prefer the lesser of the stinky things he could roll in, but he still needs a good dunking afterwards and some doggy dry shampoo when he gets home!

Ah nooo - fox poo is not good! Jack tends to be drawn to deer and sheep poo which isn’t the worst, but we’d still rather he didn’t do it 😂

Oh Sarah, I'm so sorry for being late to view this video. I got news that my Multiple Myeloma has returned after being in remission for 11 years. So it's back to blood test, doctor appointments and long drives to the clinic. My husband has made good strides in his water coloring. He's now on a new anti-tremor medication and he has stopped shaking! So he is now trying the water drops! So I showed him this video. Hope the moving and house setting is going well. And hope all are well and happy! Don't fret about me, I will be fine. Just need to get started on the new chemo.
