Add some vanilla flavour if possible.. It might be bcoz of over pressure on dough

Thanks so much for this recipe. Made dino shaped cookies with this dough and they turned out pretty good... Very nice veg sugar cookie dough recipe..

Baked for 20 minutes at 160°C but were still tender so baked them at 180 for 5 more minutes. Taste good!

Pro tip : cookies are baked between 25- 35 mins for perfect crunch under 200-220c or 400F
