Didn't have butter so used ghee... Didn't have chocolate chips so skipped that too... Forgot to add milk.... But still the cookies were crunchy.. Enjoying them right now ... 😂 Also forgot to add venila essence but the smell is good. Yum

for viewers: following this recipe will give you dark cookies. if you don't want it that dark, use a lil less cocoa powder. and the sugar measurement given in the recipe was too less. if u want it to be less sweet, use exactly as much as said, but if not, then add a couple more tablespoons of sugar powder. amazing recipe ❤

Okay so , the cookies turned out sooo well like i was in love with it and can't stop eating it.❤❤ Thank u so much for the recipee ma'am. Some changes I made that were , I added unsalted butter instead pf salted one (coz i didn't had salted one 😅)and a pinch of baking soda and also I didn't have vanilla essence so i skip it and it turned to be so delecious..

Yeah it doesn't make sense, if you want to add choco chips then add it to cookies when they are ready

It won't as it doesn't have baking soda added to it initially Baking soda breaks the bonds between the chocolate molecules And melts it just like in cakes! But this is a cookie and those chocolate chips don't have baking soda in it so it will look like it'll melt but it won't!

Just because of oil or salted butter, You can use only ghee and unsalted butter for best crunchy chocolate cookies

It doesn't take much time actually! Butter is already smooth so you just need to bring it to a consistency! But still I can precisely relate myself with that laziness!!
