nice kit boxes and birds one thing i would do is put a stick behind the trap door so it be a landing board for them to come in.

Some families are late bloomers, i have a few birds that didn’t start to flip until the next fly season/ 2yrs+

Keep them inside when weather start getting cold and predators mowing with other birds inside cities .. If a bird fly and coming back fast don't force them to fly may the saw or hear predators.predators have good memory if they find up where the easy good food is Each day they will check. Your area
