Thank you! I'll be back soon! I've just been depressed and working on music. The world is really heartbreaking right now and I feel so much empathy for those suffering right now.

Your videos are so comforting to me. I am so grateful that I know there are other people out there who has this emotional roller coaster and intense emotions and constant hurricanes in your brain that messes your mind up. It is so hard to live with it. The only thing I want is to have normal mood just for one day. Most people don’t get it that I really don’t have normal mood whatsoever. I am in the middle of figuring out what meds work for me. It is so hard. I live day by day. I am so grateful for your videos. ❤

So appreciate your channel. My mother is bipolar and I think this will help her. Is being bipolar associated with feelings of worthlessness and like you never do anything right? I know my mom would appreciate your perspective and take on those issues

Hi! I hope it helps! There are two types of Bipolar, type 1 (goes into mania and psychosis like me and type 2 (experiences hypomania but not psychosis) Type 2 often has more depression and it is bad. Some people can sleep for basically days and feel completely worthless like life is not worth living "why am I here?" Depression can be really dangerous but there is help. Medication saved my life and saves people everyday it can be a process finding the right one but it is a life changer for the better. I hope things get better soon. I'm sorry you are going through this, you're not alone. ❤️
