Bipolar Disorder Is Exhausting, I Don't Know What I'm Doing

Hi Guys,
I've really been inconsistent with my vlog this past 6 months it's been a lot but I'm trying to get back in the swing of things. I feel like a loser, my self esteem is in the toilet and I've been LAZY. Depressed but also just busy with Tiffany and her animals. Something has been going on with Jeff and I regarding our marriage and I'll talk about that in the next video.
If you think you might be bipolar, please see a doctor immediately. There is help. Thank you for watching. Please comment if you can relate or if this video has been helpful. Here are some other videos you might find helpful and please check out my original music. You can navigate by using the playlist tab where I have everything from unboxings to roller skating but my most important videos are my bipolar manic life vlogs and my original music since a lot of it is inspired by my struggle with Bipolar Disorder and Relationships.

This helped 💕 today was hard. I’ve been emotional and embarrassed from losing another job due to this disorder. Just surviving feels like a full time job. I’m so happy you’re alive 🌸

Awe, I had a hard day too. I had to give my friends cat to a rescue. 😭 Please don't feel embarrassed people that don't have mental illness, most of them, are totally bored with life and the rest drink. You'll find the right job, this just wasn't it. ❤️

This is the first time I've seen your channel. I got a lot out of it. I was drawn by the title, "exhausting". I appreciate your honesty and candor. It made me feel better. I'm not alone and neither are you, my friend. Wishing you all the best.

I think your channel can be whatever you want. There are a lot of informational videos out there, but I personally like to hear people's real experiences and how they feel, because it helps me to have people to relate to when I'm feeling all over the place and a lot of the people around me don't understand. I also think it's good for others to see how it looks through the lens of people going through this disorder and to know that we just can't always control it and we're not bad people.

Girl, you overthink like I do😂❤. You’re doing great and it does feel like I have a friend in a way. Your videos help more than you know. I don’t work because of this, aging and am in the middle of losing weight too!! I know how all of that feels and I feel like I’m nothing because I simply can’t handle working around others. I’m sending this video to my fiancé. You are not alone!

❤️ Hi friend!!!! ❤️ It can be so hard to be around others. Just walking down the street passing people can be stressful. "shoud I look at them, should I not?, should I smile?, Look down? Did I say something stupid?" I am right there with you it sucks! My dog Sebastian helps me a lot. It gets a little better over time, I think. Thank you so much for saying hi. ❤️

I want you to know that I am grateful for your videos. I could only imagine how difficult it is for you and I want you to know that to me you are a brave, courageous and beautiful individual - Putting yourself out there is not easy. Hearing what you went through was difficult for me to hear so I can’t even imagine how difficult it must’ve been to go through that. My son is 27 and was diagnosed with bipolar one year ago. Life has had many ups and downs when he gets into that rapid speech I know what’s coming after that. Negative angry talk conspiracy talk. But my husband and I argue a lot, and I feel very guilty about that. I believe it caused his bipolar to come out. When we argue it triggers him . I love my son very much. This has been very painful, but more importantly there is no cure & my heart bleeds. I am so grateful for your videos. Today was an especially hard day and listening to your videos really helped me. So don’t ever think you’re boring or that you have nothing to say, I look forward to hearing from you always - thank you again for your vulnerability and for your mission “to want help others”. Today you succeeded in helping me. Thank you ❤

🥲 Thank you. Don't blame yourself for bipolar I think we are just designed that way. We are all only human and I'm sure as a parent you are doing the best you can and that's what matters. ❤️

Please see "Bobbys Perspective". He was a HARDCORE vegan. But he got wise once his health went on the inevitable precipitous decline. Also, check Miley Cyrus, learn how she suffered as a vegan. And learn from my suffering as a SURVIVOR and VICTIM. Pro Tip: people's experiences do not lie. "Trials" do!

I saw Miley's interview it was lame she wasn't vegan she followed a plant based diet. A vegan would take a supplement or at least see a doctor before chsmging their ethics. You have to be careful with youtube influencers everything they do and say is for clicks.

You: Check out Lifting Vegan Logic he loves talking about x-vegans. Me: I almost lost my life due to guys like these, so thanks for the suggestion, but I am good. These animal worshippers dont care for you. Trust me, I have seen their lies, barely lived to tell the tale. If you still dont want to learn from the experience of a survivor and a victim, then I can just pray for you.

Please tell the tale what were you eating and what happened? What's you "what I eat in a day diet" look like when you were vegan?

sister, I can see where you are coming from. Cuz I was the EXACT SAME person. And I know how overzealous I was for veganism. But as I learned the hard way, it straight up K!LLZ. Trust me when I say that this old boy knows a thing or two about this. Been there done that. Oh, and did I tell you that when veganism failed, I tried fruitarianism? Bet you haven't done this doozy yet. Guess I was even more zealous than you. But thank GOD I now know better. And I have a duty to warn you. At least you seem to be listening despite having a strong opinion. Heres some, ahem, ***FOOD*** for thought "Miley Cyrus admitted to begrudgingly quitting her vegan lifestyle due to its negative impact on her health. During a recent discussion on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, she revealed that she followed the strictest vegan diet from 2013 to 2019. However, her brain wasn’t functioning properly, prompting her to introduce fish and omegas into her diet. She even ate her first non-vegan meal in years, which was cooked by her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth. Although she doesn’t enjoy eating fish, she noticed a positive difference in her body since reintroducing animal produce. She now describes herself as a pescatarian, incorporating fish as a main source of protein alongside vegetables and other plant-based foods." (Retrieved from Bing chat "did miley cyrus give up veganism?)

Taking an ethical stance by refusing to pay for animal products is not a scam. I don't want to harm animals and I don't have to so why would I? It sounds like you weren't getting enough calories. I would not advocate for frutarian either. Again I'm sorry I offended you but animals suffer horrifiying evil by man simply for 5 minutes of pleasure is not my bag. To me it is not ethically justifiable to harm animals when there is another option. Miley Cyrus does a lot of things that affect her brain and I doubt veganism was the cause. It's okay to talk about things witbout getting angry. People need to disagree sometimes and that's okay. Facts are facts and the first thing doctors tell you when you start to develop high cholesterol is stop eating so much meat or cut it out entirely. It's okay if you want to eat only salt and beef I can't stop you but as you said it has limits one of them being financially draining. I really wish you well I just wanted to educate you about the side effects of an meat only diet. Peace and love. ❤️

I have no doubt veganism is causing your brain problems. I would know, cuz it happened to me. And I still havent recovered, after all those years. Thats how bad it is. I will try the new lion diet, but unfortunately, I am in a serious fiscal crisis, hope to get out of it, then get started.
