1.) Billy openly admits to using TRT. 2.) Plenty of men at 60 are now being prescribed TRT injections and are living much better as their test levels naturally dropped. Most of those men aren't bodybuilders. They were just old and have improved quality of life because they now have the energy that they lost due to old age. TRT isn't just used by bodybuilders.

I'm stronger at age 67 years and 8 months than when I was an active-duty United States Marine Corps 0331 M-60 Machine Gunner. This is due to 3 main reasons. First, I only weighed 141 lbs when I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, and I only weighed 165 lbs when I was discharged. Second, I now own 4 home gyms: a garage gym, a basement gym, an extension room gym, and a backyard patio gym, which I can use 24-hours a day every day. When I was an active-duty United States Marine, I didn't have the same opportunity to work out since I spent a lot of time out in the field. Third, I know far more about strength training methods now than I did when I was a young U.S. Marine. For instance, I now know about Vladimir Zatsiorsky's Maximal Effort Method of Strength Training (lifting as much as possible), Repeated Effort Method (lifting nomaximal weights to failure), and Dynamic Effort Method (lifting nonmaximal weight as fast as possible), along with the late Louie Simmons Conjugate Strength Training Method, which advocates rotating strength training methods and exercises often to avoid muscular accommodation, which can result in stagnation and performance decreases. Sarcopenia, the loss of muscle due to aging or inactivity, and osteopenia, the loss of bone density due to aging or inactivity, is more due to inactivity and making the mistake of taking it easy than it is biological aging. It is a fact that we only use a fraction of our strength potential, which is why females have been able to lift cars and tractors off of their trapped loved ones. For instance, Angela Cavallo, a then-58-year-old grandmother lifted a 3,000 lb car off of her son and held it for 5 minutes while a person passing by ran to get help, and two sisters, Hannah and Haylee Smith, who were 16 and 14 years old, lifted a tractor off of their trapped father, Jeff Smith. Hannah Smith, the older sister, only stood 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighed 125 lbs. Thus, it should not surprise anyone that a 60-year-old WWE Hall of Famer wrestler is much stronger than individuals half of his age.

Here’s the thing, all guys want to age well, whether that’s maintaining a good physique, staying strong, performing like a young man in the bedroom,we all want it.If he has just started the gear in the last few years then it’s different from a guy doing them for twenty to thirty years. I am in my fifties and want to maintain a fit appearance, now I’m not on the gear but I can understand why older guys would be.
