Maybe not for Twister (though props to him for even being able to deliver some putrid dialogue in it) but to not even be nominated for One False Move or A Simple Plan is ridiculous. Always underappreciated. 😢

I know, right?! Like in "Aliens"... I'll never forget when he was a soldier and he was saying to Ripley, " ... man they're gonna come in here man, and THEY'RE GONNA COME IN HERE AND KILL US MAN...". Not a wonderful line, but his delivery was fucking great. Hopefully he will be spotted hanging out with Bogart, Elvis , Dean & Marilyn... & it only took me 2 years to find out! Kinda feel like a tard but, better late than never. Farewell my boy!

Very true...great actor indeed
Bill Paxton, a man that helped create so many of my absolute favorite movies from the 80's and 90's and thus gave me so much enjoyment and great memories. He'll never know this about some guy who grew up in Northampton and is now living in Burton-upon-Trent in England, but I certainly won't be the only one that feels this way. Thanks Bill, hope you enjoyed your work as much as I have through the years!

Every actor who had the privilege and honor to work with this guy was damn blessed!!! Gone too soon... Thank you Bill for all of the great moments that we were graced with your presence 💜💜💜
I loved him and miss this gifted actor and human being. He passed much too soon. May he rest in eternal peace. ❤
Bill Paxton's death really hit me hard. I grew up watching the movie Twister and thoroughly enjoyed every role he played through the years.
Many who look at this seem to come to the conclusion that he wasn't that much of an actor because he seemed to simply be natural. Nonetheless, there is always a reason behind such a big success. His main strength was his elusive ability to make the movies he starred in great. He was a master in improving the atmosphere on the set and making people around him shine due to his love for the job and his respect for other actors. To me, he was/is one of Hollywood's best!

What a GREAT actor he might not have won an oscar or a golden globe But he won over my heart with each role he was in and for that thank you bill paxton for all the great awesome memories.
I love you Bill Paxton you're awesome especially as Hudson. When I heard he died I said and text "game over man".

Bill was a great actor, most of the time he played a supporting role, but his skill was brilliant. R.I.P Bill Paxton!
R.I.P legend, it don't matter the character, as soon as you hear his voice, you are on his side.
What a great tribute- damn good for you! His wonderful movie Fraility is still so underrated and unknown, and he's such a heartbreaker in Twister. Lance Henriksen has shared some wonderful memories over the years of the films they worked on together especially the hilarity of the filming the Aliens "knife scene". Oh Bill, how we will miss you
Very well done. I'm sure Bill would be honored by this. I had no idea he was in so many features.
A simple plan is so criminally underrated it makes me sick! Sam Raimi is a hell of a director
😭i really didnt realize he was growing up with me all along, thank you so so much bill
Award is nothing...! He is amazing..! That legacy will always remain in my/our hearts. I love you BILL PAXTON. You are a TWISTER bender.
Quality! I think that best describes him as an actor. You never thought "Bill Paxton sucks in this movie" because you knew he didn't. He wasn't someone I loved, but that was because I took what he brought on the screen for granted. I expected greatness and he never failed to deliver.
R.I.P Bill Paxton. You Will Truly Be Missed!

I love Bill Paxton, he does not deserve to be gone .. a pure awesome person
He should still be with us
Just 60.000 clicks ? He deserves ten times more at least. The world has a short memory when it comes to so-called "supporting actors", without them no so-called "Star" would shine goddamn !
Thanks man, was touching, especially the end.
Didn't realize how many great performances he gave. He was in some of my favorite movies. That's pretty cool.
I always did ADORE that man! :)
I was lucky enough to work for/with him on the tv show Training Day. We went on a xmas Haidas break. During which he had a routine operation and died as a result of post op procedure. We were devastated. A really good guy.
I just started randomly thinking about this guy and got emotional. I didn't even watch some of his movies.. and it's not like I thought about him much when he was alive. but he was a piece of my childhood and looking back he was a hell of an actor too. just one of those celebrities that died way too early. really wish he was still here with us. And for anybody wondering I think my favorite movie with him is "A Simple Plan."
RIP Bill Paxton: never again will you be confused with Bill Pullman. Honestly, you were pretty brilliant, sir :)

goodbye bill..u were awesome
Nicely done!
He was a genuine nice guy.
Outstanding actor. And films like Twister showed he had leading man prowess as well. I miss Bill Paxton.
Where are all the Bill Paxton's now? This world is so full of garbage humans now that are glorified for their wealth and not their character that people are starting to realize that people like Bill Paxton were legends. There are no more movie stars like him anymore. This man was iconic in everything he played. He never complained to his fans, i didn't know his politics or about his private life. He is so underrated for his talent. I have no doubt that if he were still alive today, he'd be killing it in life. His death is an absolute tragedy. Gone too soon. ❤RIP Bill Paxton legend
Bill was my neighbor in Santa Monica for several years, down to earth friendly guy. He told me his first film was "Fish Heads" a rare music video from Barnes & Barnes.
One my favourite actors ever. He always brought a special energy to the screen. The only one (to my knowledge) to have the honor of being a part of the three best action franchises (Terminator, Alien & Predator) all in good movies I might add. An absolute legend RIP
I think my favourite role he ever did was Near Dark. Criminally unknown and criminally under rated. Paxton wasn't a conventional 'good' actor, no Oscars for for immaculate good taste, but, you sure as hell remembered him in anything he was in, and, in all seriousness, that is a huge fucking motherfucker of a tribute to his amazing talent. People complaining down thread that he wasn't a good actor should step back and think about how godamned entertaining he was in every single appearance he ever made. Balls of steel, and the talent to swing those balls madly in all directions. You will be missed Mr Paxton and thank Christ for your moment on this here planet, because you sure as hell made it a better place to be.
One of the best, from frailty to terminator the man killed it.
Thank you
Game over man, game over. Rest in our memories.
Ahhh our beloved Hudson loved Bill's performances in all these movies. He was so great in True Lies, as the punk in Terminator as the lead in Twister our favorite badass Marine in Aliens who redeems himself and goes out in a blaze of glory. I thought he did an incredible job directing The Greatest Game Ever played. Wish he had done more directing. The guy just seemed like such a great dude. He will be missed.
Damn, you made me cry over him -( again)
I know that this is his top 20, but I'll always also remember Bill as the theme park guy from Spy Kids 2 :)
