My Mistake...Paxton married Kelly Rowan in 1979 and they divorced a year later. He later met Louise Newbury and they were married in 1987.

He was the best in everything he was in. He is definitely missed.

Bill’s fans were virtually everyone! His smile made you feel like you knew him. His acting was superb.

I honestly loved him in everything thing he did. If I saw that he was going to be in something, I knew it would be a winner. Such a tragic way to go at his age 😿

I just watched Aliens two days ago and man did he steal the whole movie. Bill was in so many great films - RIP and thank you!

I remembered watching him in the Movie Twister as a little kid. Since then I've seen him in so many more movies! I was so sad when i learned he passed away. Thanks for posting about newer artists!

I'll always remember him in "Wierd Science." His classic line, "It's snowing in my room da##it!" Absolutely hilarious!😂😂

I loved Bill in everything, my favorites are Weird Science and Frailty. That said, he was great in everything, I can't think of a film he didn't add value to.

I think one of his best rolls was A Simple Plan (1998). It was probably the best film no one ever heard of.

The first time I really remember seeing him was in Weird Science. I was a huge fan of Training Day (both the movie and the tv series). I could hardly believe it when he passed away.

I was never a fan, but I was aware of his work ethic and prolific output. He was an actors’ actor and presumably proud of his rise from a boy from cowtown to the lights of L.A.

I had no idea he had passed away. RIP

He was one of my favorite actors ever. I don't have to mention which movies, all of them. True Lies is great. A Simple Plan or Aliens might be my favorite. You can't go wrong.

Mr. Paxton was an excellent actor and one of my favorites from Bill was the movie called One False Move , he died way too young . Thank you for the post I love your channel

I guess tombstone was my favorite movie that he was in and maybe my favorite role of his. But everything he did was good. I always had such a crush on Bill Paxton. Gone too soon.

To answer your question, Frailty is my favorite Paxton film.

Bill Paxton was a really great actor. My favorite...TWISTER comes to mind for me.

Bill Paxton played his roles with aplomb both in feature films and in television. His death was very stunning because he had so much more to offer. I liked him in Twister and Apollo 13 and One False Move. Thanks for uploading:)

I concur with you. He was a riot in true lies. That role was written for him and made him look like a comic genius. I really loved his work and talents. He is missed.

Our favorite one is twister

Aliens. How he covered the spectrum of human emotions and redeemed himself by taking out a bunch of those horrid creatures was one of the highlights of the great movie ❤

He was 4-5 years older than me. I always enjoyed his acting work, I pray he was saved.

An underrated great film of his is "One False Move". Highly recommended.

Twister was my favorite

I think the one I'm always going to remember him for was Twister... what a show. :) But the one that's special to me is Frailty. That was a really strange movie and playing the dad in that movie believably and making him a sympathetic character couldn't have been easy, but Bill was a natural at it.

My favourite Bill Paxton movie which was not mentioned, was A Simple Plan.

I loved him in everything I saw him in. And there are still a few of his I haven’t seen.

Lost my dad couple of months back, he was in his sixties as well.. Didn't see it coming, in today's world I expected he will be for many more years to come but all I have now is his memories... My dad liked Paxton as well... Love u dad, will miss u.

A Simple Plan - great movie with Bill in a starring role.

“The Terminator” was the first time I remember seeing him, but even though only on-screen for a few minutes, he was definitely memorable. I thought he did a great job in “Aliens” as the terrified young Marine. Enjoyed his performances in “ Titanic” & “Apollo 13,” too. I was shocked when I heard he died. Really miss him!

Holy smokes, I never knew that he passed away... I always enjoyed the movies he was in, the most memorable had to be aliens, twister, tombstone...

He appeared in an episode of tales from the crypt, he was phenomenal!

I loved "Twister" and "WIERD Science ". He was in that one, yes? Being turned into an ugly creature for a short time. I was shocked and felt he was taken too soon from us. He did more than I realized and so young. At least he us with us in the movies. 🙏

Bill Paxton was a fine actor , but one of my very favorite things he did was voice Dave Robicheaux in the James Lee Burke novels , made into books on tape and cd . I retired from long haul truck driving and the James Lee Burke books on cd certainly made the miles go by a lot faster . Bill had that Louisiana accent down pat . It never sounded like some Hollywood actor trying to imitate it , he sounded like a native . A very fine job !

For me it has to be Aliens. He added a subtle comic relief element in a very tense movie.

No mention of his greatest role as Coconut Pete in Club Dread. Not really his greatest, but damn funny. I really can't nail down a favorite. Bill was the best.

That's it, game over. So many great roles but Hudson in Aliens takes some beating.

He played all sorts of roles . He was never type-casted . I've seen him in lead roles and background roles.
