My Mistake...Paxton married Kelly Rowan in 1979 and they divorced a year later. He later met Louise Newbury and they were married in 1987.

Bill Paxton played his roles with aplomb both in feature films and in television. His death was very stunning because he had so much more to offer. I liked him in Twister and Apollo 13 and One False Move. Thanks for uploading:)

He would have just kept going , too. Never even knew he was sick, then heard he was gone. Yes, he did any role well. True lies and twister were great, when they had the twister ride at universal in Florida he narrated and did a good job with that too. Thank you steve

I think the one I'm always going to remember him for was Twister... what a show. :) But the one that's special to me is Frailty. That was a really strange movie and playing the dad in that movie believably and making him a sympathetic character couldn't have been easy, but Bill was a natural at it.

Lost my dad couple of months back, he was in his sixties as well.. Didn't see it coming, in today's world I expected he will be for many more years to come but all I have now is his memories... My dad liked Paxton as well... Love u dad, will miss u.

“The Terminator” was the first time I remember seeing him, but even though only on-screen for a few minutes, he was definitely memorable. I thought he did a great job in “Aliens” as the terrified young Marine. Enjoyed his performances in “ Titanic” & “Apollo 13,” too. I was shocked when I heard he died. Really miss him!

I loved "Twister" and "WIERD Science ". He was in that one, yes? Being turned into an ugly creature for a short time. I was shocked and felt he was taken too soon from us. He did more than I realized and so young. At least he us with us in the movies. 🙏

Bill Paxton was a fine actor , but one of my very favorite things he did was voice Dave Robicheaux in the James Lee Burke novels , made into books on tape and cd . I retired from long haul truck driving and the James Lee Burke books on cd certainly made the miles go by a lot faster . Bill had that Louisiana accent down pat . It never sounded like some Hollywood actor trying to imitate it , he sounded like a native . A very fine job !
