Excellent interview with Bill McDonough! Bill and Guy are Australian icons and Bill’s book “Sons of Beaches” was fascinating reading!!! I counted down the weeks once I heard in May that the book would be released on 1 November!!! The long six month wait was well worth it👌🏼The bond of these two brothers and the stories of their young years and the multitude of incredible adventures was captivating reading. A very well written, moving, humorous and also very sad account of the ups and downs the brothers went through together. Thank you Bill for setting the record straight on various issues, you did an outstanding job! As a huge fan of the McDonough brothers it was wonderful to read a true account of what yours and Guy’s life was really like! If only the Flatheads had of had the chance to reform after Australian Crawl had cracked the US and Europe… The brilliance of Bill, Guy, Sean and Nigel working together, such a talented group of musicians, we can only imagine what may have been… we are so fortunate to have the awesome music that they did create, thank you legends!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

So sad that Bill and Guy lost their dad to cancer when they were only 14 and 10. Boys need their dads.
