One of my favorite bands, I even had a cover band in the south of Brazil called "Australian Crawl Cover" 😊🤙
Read Bill McDonough's (2nd on left original drummer) new book 'Sons of Beaches' about his and his brother Guy's (original singer 4th from left) life and the music, cracking read of at time when we still recognised Australia
What a pleasure to hear from two music icons, their music meant a lot to many people, I still have all of the albums, and only regret not getting to see them play back in the day, as Paul said “Rock and Roll”.👍
My sincere respect, to these two musicians that I consider without a doubt, that the rhythmic section (bass and drums), are among the 5 best in rock, of all time. This band is spectacular

After reading Bill’s memoir “Sons of Beaches”, it seems David Briggs (ex LLB) the producer of the Boys Light Up album would disagree with your assessment.
What a way to spend an hour. Thanks fellas for the music and for the memories that go with it. Great times, and a great interview.

@@pjaayzutube yeah. I'm brazilian and I Love Australian craw. In Brazil we have a very strong beach culture too.
that was a great idea. australian crawl was THE soundtrack for the ozzie dominance in the beginning of the 80’s. congrats to thinking outside the box.
Paul reminds me of Jack from 'On the Buses'
the fans still waiting for the Ozzy crawl's Reunion!
How fun!
Bill hasn't heard of James solo career , heaps of well written tracks and Hits
This is kool thanks have some memories attached to these songs 😁
Oh yes Paul The good old Aria hall of fame I'll never forget James Reyne Aria hall of fame Speech it was absolutely Horrible nothing about the Bands Legacy .. Amazing
whats the story with James?
Wouldn't have picked James Reyne for contracting "lead singer syndrome". Certainly was the sound of the 80s here in Oz.
Was it echo and the croc..sorry crawl men after they sacked bill?
If the diction, is like the song “thing dont seem”... I will need subtitles... 🙈
Blood on the tracks , we will never really know what happened
Like so many bands, it’s a shame that initial friendships turned into enmity.
But cute
Queensland looks beautiful Victorian rain hurricane season him at 6000 ft
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Australian crawl???
“Blood on the tracks”! This was seriously one unhappy band.
WTF,? Take my words away. But. WTF.??
