Well, PQ had Kii highlighted for secondaries, instead of Mahan, and wasted his full broadside on Mahan, instead on using it to driveby the Kii... At least prioritise the dd to help your dd.

Yay, my ship request won! This is my favorite battleship in the game, which is why I requested it. I have over 100 Random games in it, and quite a few more Ranked games. Here are some of my thoughts on it: PQ is absolutely right, the main guns are not reliable, so building for secondaries is definitely the right play. One thing people might not notice about it is that it has the American long DCP, so I run the DCP mod in the first slot; 30 seconds of immunity can be _invaluable_ when brawling. It's got a good armor scheme that makes it tanky when properly angled, so that helps with brawling too. If used in Ranked (and I agree with PQ, it's a much better ship in Ranked), I personally wouldn't go with the fifth heal, and instead that Fire Prevention. Ranked games usually are a bit shorter and with less damage taken, and I rarely come across the need to use all four heals, let alone a fifth. I'm also taking the 1-point skill that buffs the reload on the DCP and repair, but Preventative Maintenance might not be a bad idea to keep the secondaries alive for longer, especially since I don't take the survivability mod in slot 1. Anyway, I _love_ this ship. Thanks for featuring it PQ!

I loved my Atlantico when I still played. If you get on a flank getting pushed, you can angle away and cruise at ~3/4 speed and watch the ships chasing you just melt. It needs hydro, imho, because it's not fast or nimble and if you aren't CONSTANTLY scanning for torps, they will eat you alive. One of my favorites.

Had a game in Giuseppe Verdi the other day - 155k total dmg...100k from secondaries. Max secondary build with flag out to 10.5km. This ship is a blast! Not the greatest T9 ever...but dishing out everflowing SAP streams of carnage is pretty satisfying. :D (1,570 shots - 463 hits)

Ship request: October revolution

My suggestion as a guy who used to enjoy Atlantico, don't expect ANY citadel on ANY cruiser of this game regardless of the tier. The shells of the Atlantico have some of the longest AP shell fuses of the game, it will almost always overpenetrate the target. Very rarely will you ever get any good hits on ships that aren't classified as a battleship. That and it's also basically the equivalent of a 10-barrel shotgun.

Atlantico is one of my favourite ship, After watching you play I think that if you get within secondaries range then turn and face away (flank) and you will bounce most AP. Citadels you need to aim Higher than normal almost on the deck, They fall short every time. When you play T10 you need to play like Cruiser using secondaries near islands or in someone's smoke. Just a note I've played 883 games in Atlantico...PS you need to have demolition expert

Wondering if you could check the turrets on the craptastic pan-am cruiser nuevo hulio, or whatever it's called. I noticed a long time ago that one of the turrets would face the opposite direction yet still fire correctly.

Yes, the super dreadnought with almost 3 cheshires as secondaries, i honestly love it even if the main guns are atrocious. They even have slightly better pen angles, but only 381 mm equals almost no overmatch

I am a bit surprised that no one bothered to change the flags of any Mix nation ships now a days. I keep doing it because I prefer the National Flags than just WG unicorn flags.

PQ kinda doesn't think about what his doing, he was over correcting for Chicuma if you see his shots from 8 shot salvo usually only 1-2 hit and not into the middle part of the ship. Yet PQ will claim that he should got a citadel when his dispersion wan't even close to the citadels

Always comedy when the secondary's get citadel hits on cruisers.

They should give this ship combat instruction where for 40 seconds u can even better dispersion and reload on secondaries

Honestly, if they gave the main guns improved AP angles, or even HE, it wouldve been amazing. But i agree on the guns, the gunnery crew only seems to wake up when the targets at 10-11km.

That's the only thing I don't like about this ship. The secondaries turrets are so large that they get knocked out very early.
