I felt like a big kid because, I knew who he was, when he played Curtis the Pimp in, up in smoke, a cheech and, Chong movie He was and still is an inspiration. When I was a little girl, I was just fascinated with Mrs Jayne Kennedy's Beauty. I wanted to be beautiful like her. I had a crush on her fine ass husband, Mr. Leon Isaac Kennedy. This is really like a window back in time, of black America. In my college days (the 90s), a white girl I was seeing from classes thought my interest 70s Black Cinema was wacky. I´m a Latino, but these movies were like affirmation it was okay to be a person of color in Anglo America.
