Two Wrongs Make A Right (1987) | Black Action From Ivan Rogers

Фильм және анимация

Fletcher Quinn is a quiet man who carries a big gun. He's a street-smart, successful nightclub owner who is deadly serious about protecting his business and his life, even if it means revenge against the mob.
Ivan Rogers (1954-2010) was an independent film actor, director and producer. He was also a musician. He appeared to be following in the footsteps of his mentor, fellow Indiana native, Fred Williamson. - Wikipedia bio

It's like a really good B movie for the 70's, with a really good 80's music soundtrack. It's also a well shot movie, each shot leads to the next, nothing superfluous, well edited. I love how chill Fletcher is, good story, "diverse" cast without working too hard at it. Like Fletcher it's an understated flick, without a lot of bombast. BIG UP!

How in the first few minutes does everybody on screen who is black disappoint me in some way, from the protagonists choice in women to the way black people were just killing each other in the club.
