It's funny how people are trying to argue that Show is wrong. First of he experienced all the lifting him so he's the only one that would know, also.. Strength = How much weight you can move/pick up Power = How fast you can move/pick up weight. All 3 are crazy strong no doubt. But unless I'm mistaken, Cena has picked up Show quite possibly the most often as well as kept him elevated off the ground when lifting longer than any of the 3 mentioned.

Not entirely true. Jackhammer comes on a support from the opponent helping with gravity as they help swing their legs up in the air so Goldberg could finish strong. It’s just like cheerleading, when someone propels a person up in the air with their feet being supported by the bottom persons hands, that’s just momentum and gravity to stable it with the the one in the air staying stiff as possible. John and Brock’s finisher on the other hand is someone’s full dead weight on your shoulders and you have to toss off with out any or much support.

His words were “that much weight isn’t supposed to move like that”. But he went on to say how he hated being upside down. He’s also been on record saying Mark Henry was the strongest in a freaky way, that he had it all, grip, pure strength and could just hold him like a baby lol. I’ve seen an interview where he got asked about this question before and unlike this one he actually explained why John is the strongest, so basically whenever his opponent got to lift him up he kinda need to make himself lighter or make it easier for the opponent so he didn’t really feel like he has been lifted up more like he lays on their shoulders or jump up for them, in case of John, It was the first time in his career that he got to experience the feeling of being lifted up, so that was quite incredible of John.

All do fairness the jackhammer is a very hard finishing move compared to others especially if you're lifting a tall heavy guy like Show. The other finishing moves those guys get to use there whole frame to Balance the weight across both shoulders compared to balancing a 500lb man on one shoulder. The jackhammer is probably the most exciting/complicated move hands down.

Both absolute freaks but John definitely looks more like a weight lifter and Brock more of an athlete.
