HHH lmao. And yes....you ARE paying that bill HHH. One only stays big by eating big AND eating right. Lifting heavy shit is only like, 35% of getting massive muscles. Muscles cant grow and stay big without massive fuel(food/protein) human body was not naturally designed (except for the very fortunate few) to be really big/muscular. My body naturally wants to be at, 185. I'm 6'2 I have to constantly food prep and eat and workout seriously to stay at, 230. It turns into a lifestyle if you are taking it serious. I spend about 300 a month just on Panda Express every month.
