Brock Lesnar in his prime was the most complete WWE wrestler ever. He was strong enough to body slam Henry, Show, Kane and Taker multiple times, he was fast enough to catch up with Mysterio, Tajiri, Hardy, he was acrobatic enough as well to perform somersaults, moonsaults like Guerreros and RVD. I have not seen any other wrestler do all this like Lesnar had. For me Brock Lesnar 2002-2004 will always be the most complete WWE wrestler to ever step foot inside the ring.

Lifting a human being and lifting weights are VERY different things. Brock can lift people since his form and technique is insane. He’s a wrestler so he’s been running those drills his whole life. However, Braun competed in strongman competitions, so I have no doubts Braun can deadlift and press more far weight than Brock can.

Brock Lesnars college stats in 2000 were a 475 bench, 695 squat, and a 720lbs deadlift at a body weight of 270lbs. In his book Death Clutch, Lesnar stated he had squatted 870lbs at a bodyweight of 298lbs while training for the NFL Combine in 2004 and before getting into a motorcycle crash. Kurt Angle stated he had seen Lesnar squat 900lbs. If his squat increased that much for his college days, his bench and deadlift must have increased tremendously as well. Braun has benched 540lbs, deadlifted 905lbs and squatted 775lbs. I would say peak Lesnar was stronger.

As a former strongman he is undoubtedly pretty strong, but lifting weights doesn't translate into fighting strength, which is why he qualifies his answer. It is likely he can lift more than Lesnar, but in terms of putting that strength into a fight (or a wrestling match) when it comes to things like tecnhique, timing and movement then obviously Lesnar comes out way ahead.

One of the best heavyweights ever. Mir, one of, if not the best jujitsu heavy weight. And juiced Alistair, an absolute legend. He's a guy who had close to no mma background, stepped in with the biggest names in the game, and did damn well. There's so few guys who have ever fought that could have done what he did.

Brock wouldn’t be able to compete in Strongman competitions like Strowman did. Lesnar is no doubt probably the most explosive of the two and more balanced due to his technique but there is a difference lifting men who give support and balance to the lifts, as opposed to lifting upwards of 900lbs of dead weight

Braun is humble in nature totally opposite of the character he portrayes in wwe❤

Brock got some hell of agility he chased Heyman down the arena like a farmer chasing his hen running away
