Great grocery haul. I find shopping with my fiancé and meal prepping every Sunday helps with my strongman training and getting organized with my nutrition. Winging diets by eating out a lot is a hard way to track nutrition so grocery shopping is key. You and your wife are awesome keep the videos coming!

2:46 The beef jerky you bought has a nice amount of protein but also a lot of sugar. The same company makes biltong which has almost no sugar or fat, but has >50g of protein per 100g. Also it's quite easy to make your own biltong in home in bulk, I highly recommend, it's a great snack :) 4:17 Not sure if that was instant coffee or not, but instant coffee is almost devoid of caffeine and works more as a placebo. Generally "real" coffee has more caffeine if it's a light roast (can't usually get that in big stores, only in hipster cafes) and is steeped for a longer time as caffeine releases from the "coffee powder" during prolongued exposure to water and temperature. You probably know this, but I just wanted to chip in with some info if people don't :) 7:08 Gordon Ramsay says basmati rice is the king of rices ;) Anyways, a great video and a great inside view on a bit of your private life :) You two are such a lovely couple!
