Behind every great man. Go Lizzie.
Hey loz your wife could do her own channel, how to look after a strong man ,
Good stuff man, golden women you got there, blessed.
Good video! That’s a lot of food and you’re both pretty good in front of the camera 👍🏼
Big fan of him, his wife seems very nice :)
Anyone else just stopped by to enjoy watching a pre-pandemic supermarket? :')

True, though some of the shelves were looking kindof bare, gave me flashbacks to last summer.
Loz I am getting into strongman and I am super happy to have found your channel. You are a wealth of knowledge, please keep it up!
Lawrence. Your videos and advice are always awesome!!! Please keep them flowing!!!! Gennaro - U.S.A.
Great grocery haul. I find shopping with my fiancé and meal prepping every Sunday helps with my strongman training and getting organized with my nutrition. Winging diets by eating out a lot is a hard way to track nutrition so grocery shopping is key. You and your wife are awesome keep the videos coming!
Great video Big Loz. Very interesting. Looking forward to the next one!
Subbed :) That's a lot healthier than I was anticipating having seen what other strongmen eat, or profess to eat.

I am on a string of watching you videos. Loving it. I have no urge to be a strongman, couldn't if I wanted to. Love the videos.
Awesome video! You and Lizzie are a great team! Looking forward to the day of eating video :)
Nice video. More food shopping/meal vids please!
I am so glad I found your channel loz you are genuinely a real decent guy thanks for inspiration and eating tips 💪
Good video Loz. Simple yet effective.
Great vid ! Pleasant couple !
Awesome information on this video. Loz is an incredible strongman
Love it Loz. Can’t wait for Liz’s meal video 👍👍
Haha this made me think of the only time I took my 1 year old at the time shopping. I learned to appreciate what my wife does. I was a wreck.
Awesome video, keep it up with these mate :)
I'm in the US and I keep hearing about Tesco! So happy to finally see one!

what a great couple, you have 1 more Sub.
2:46 The beef jerky you bought has a nice amount of protein but also a lot of sugar. The same company makes biltong which has almost no sugar or fat, but has >50g of protein per 100g. Also it's quite easy to make your own biltong in home in bulk, I highly recommend, it's a great snack :) 4:17 Not sure if that was instant coffee or not, but instant coffee is almost devoid of caffeine and works more as a placebo. Generally "real" coffee has more caffeine if it's a light roast (can't usually get that in big stores, only in hipster cafes) and is steeped for a longer time as caffeine releases from the "coffee powder" during prolongued exposure to water and temperature. You probably know this, but I just wanted to chip in with some info if people don't :) 7:08 Gordon Ramsay says basmati rice is the king of rices ;) Anyways, a great video and a great inside view on a bit of your private life :) You two are such a lovely couple!
Great info.
Another great and honest vid. I love that you're a black pudding fan too! Got to be a bonus that you can eat things you like and don't have to be super strict 24/7.
Great content. Keep it coming! Thanks a lot. Do you track macros, or at least have a rough idea?
This was recommended to me after watching Brian Shaw’s food shopping, and eat Williams food shopping. Great video

Fantastic video and extremely useful! Thanks Loz. Are the videos on the meals you eat coming out soon. Would you say eating 3-4 meals a day is the minimum amount necessary to have any chance of growing muscle/getting stronger?
Great video Loz
Great video. 👌
dude i need to get myself wife like that
You're blessed brother. Period.
great video and interesting to see what you eat.
Great video. Always looking for ways to support the partner with his diet but I’m not a natural in the kitchen. Looking forward to the next instalment from Liz x
lucozade sport the staple in the strongman strength athlete diet :) good stuff

Incredible!!!
Seeing the prices of food back then vs now is pretty crazy!

Hey Big Loz! Do you track macros at all? Even if not precisely what would you say your average protein, fat and carb intake is a day? Just curious! Cheers mate 👍🏻
My name's Loz, Lawrence. My Mrs is Lou. She does all this for me too, were both blessed with the same name and a good woman
You are a lucky man loz/ Liz is a keeper
Hey Loz, odd question do you have stretch marks, recently done a training cycle where I was eating 5000 cals a day and I seem to have accrued multiple stretch marks wondering if u experience the same and if so how u combat it
What a wonderful wife you have Loz. And I loved your cottage cheese story. It's like your talking about a dog.
Love you Loz you look and sound like an awesome person, best thing I ever heard anyone say "Bananas are a great source of food, a great source of...FOOD."🤣🤣
This really is very interesting.
your wife is awesome. need more of her around here haha!
I’ve said this on a few videos now but is there an updated version of this ? New to the channel and trying to catch up 😅
Just upped my intake of calories I was cutting a little body fat but I'm now looking to gain strength, at ~4500kcal do you think that's too much coming off the back of cutting my fat? I'm 5'8", 83kg. Keep up the hard work man! :)
I can believe you drink instant coffee, haha. Fresh coffee is the way - you'll never look back :)

Is this something you'd do day in day out 7 days a week or do you sometimes have days off or " cheat days "?
Do A Supplement Video
You need sponsorship company for your food big Loz. Like musclefood for your meat. You have big enough profile. Save you shopping and money.
How’s your water/fluid intake? And do you take vitamins?
Great video, gave me some interesting new ideas for meals. you do eat surprisingly little fat, is that normal or just part of your quest to get leaner? (btw volum could be a bit higher, some parts are hard to understand without headphones)

Iam 190 cm 90 kg and i had before 4-5 years only 45 kg and i have a big problem with gaining Kilos. I eat on day 4500-5000 kcal iam 20 years young. 230-260 gramm protein 230-250 gramm health healthy fat, i eat and for the rest i eat alot of nudles, rice
Brian Shaw eats twice as much. That's crazy.
hes only 6'1?
I need to get a job in Tesco, 10% off would do me nicely.
Just a tip, you would save a shitload of money if you brought the same things at Lidl or Aldi.
