I should be repairing the crash damage but logic tells me i should prepare for more power instead. its more fun right? part 4 of the crashed fiesta rebuild from copart UK. intercooler is a Rsport stage 3 intercooler from pumaspeed and the scorpion sport cat is from aet motorsport.

    George is very good was having trouble mapping my st, and he said for me to go to the workshop and was sat for half an hour and it was sorted, all the lads down at Aet we’re brill, could not recommend them enough! Also great vid love watching vids like this! (Even though I’m hopeless with the car myself😂)

    Be careful showcasing your house what’s inside your shed garage and bikes etc as could be easy pickings for thieves who know your security system. Hear it happening quite a lot but can’t wait to finish watching all these hope you are transparent with how much it’s all cost you but gives me hope I can buy a car port like yours an get my valets an mechanical work an start doing rebuilds !     missing heat shields are an MOT failure under the new rules . you can put an extension tube on the lambda to take it out of the flow . its supposed to result in a richer mixture as it will read leaner than normal. Im not 100% on that ,but i think you would need a remap anyway

    Great vids, I do this work myself and have always thought about setting a go pro up, yesterday would have caught a great moment, a chain hook snapped on jig and car spun round and in to middle haha, without been cheeky how hard is it editing vids and do u make much income, keep up the great work

    Hi editing can take a few hours per episode. You have to be a big channel to make decent money. I make very little so just do not for the fun.

    I second this - I've had the Cobb and Mountune ones and I preferred the Cobb one as just felt like it was doing a better job keeping the engine from rocking back and forth. Alternatively, the vibra-technics competition torque link should be good if it's mainly going to be a track toy.

    That wheel arch looks great. Lacquer will show up stone chips worse than just paint. I wouldn’t do it.

    If your bolts were hand tight mate check the manifold bolts too make sure they're not loose I've got a focus st that's bad for the bolts loosening themselves

    Hi Steve just subbed, I’ve got the same downpipe as yours and a custom 2.5” catback, did you need to put a gasket either side of the aet adaptor? Or just downpipe side? Cheers mate, Alex

    Thanks. Is is the scratching sounds? It annoys me too. Go pro hero 5. Worst thing I bought. The slightest touch of the tripod, handle, or camera even though not audible to you in real time results in horrible scratching sounds in the footage

    whats the point in having a sport cat with a bigger outlet if you just have to downsize it to the normal exhaust? are you changing it later?

    Right mr Steve , can you tell me what the 2 threaded screwable parts on the sports cat are, one being the o2 sensor and the other being what? And will it require a mil light Cheater or can it be mapped out, I’m a sports cat noob 😂

    Hi. There both o2 sensors. One before cat and one after. It should not put the eml on be use its still a catalytic converter. That's what iv been told.

    An uprated torque mount and a quick shifter will be a nice addition seeing as your in there. 2 of the best mods I've done. Check if the stock exhaust has been cut if so it's been off.
