Underrated songs, underrated band. Great live, great in the studio. Much respect to these guys for keeping at it.
My favorite band for the last 20 years....bar none. Great music, musicians, lyrics, vibe........the real deal. What American Rock and Roll is all about.

You sound like me, 63 as well. I met my wife in CO and spend time there so knew they had a big following but just didn't know. Have been to 2 shows at Red Rocks and hope the wife and I can catch them there one day.
I went to the Big Head Todd and the Monsters in Pike Peak in Colorado Springs on 7-7-23. And again in Albuquerque on August 2-23 It was awesome concert and I'm a big fan .....
The first time I saw you it was at a party in 1990, my freshman year of college. The second time I saw you, a few months later, was when my friends and I snuck into a bar as underage kids with a tape recorder. We were sending your music around the country back then. Now - my son is playing your music, not too much younger than I was when your band first took my breath away. Thanks for the moments in life that keep on giving. We'll be seeing you.

What an awesome golden thread of Todd story =) What I love is that I first got hooked on Bittersweet, then got to discover all of their earlier classic tunes that I really associate with BHTM now.

CSU or CU? We might have been at the same parties. The Samples, too.
90’s Little Bear in Evergreen Colorado... been a lover ever since..
Had the privilege of opening up for BHTM in the summer of 2018 in Castle Rock CO. Cool dudes. Rob even graced us with his presence side stage while we performed that day. Much respect for these guys. We usually cover 1-2 BHTM songs but couldn't that day LOL.
Brought my family to their first concert at red rocks. Great experience.
Been listening to them for 30 years..an still rocking to there music ....first album was Another Mayberry 👍👍 I also work for the music industry for about 15 years....miss it..
Someone played Bittersweet for me in '94-ish...and have been on this train ever since. So underrated. So good live. Already have tickets and can't wait for the next live show (February in Milwaukee). Congrats Gentlemen!
Most underrated band of all times. I've been seeing them 2 to 3 times a year fairly religiously for the last 10 + years. Doesnt matter where or who they play to they never disappoint.

I was just going to say the same thing!
Todd love the clean tone of your playing. You know when to smash the accelerator pedal and when less is more. Very unique sound. Keep jamming.
Our band, every member said our band. Keep rock in.
Midnight Radio is the greatest night driving album of the 90s.
Wow, can't believe it has been this long since I first saw you Guy's. I worked as a doorman at the "Mangy Moose" in Jackson Hole, Wyoming back in the early 90's. BHTM was playing this particular weekend and I was stationed at the entrance door very early in the evening. Todd walked past me and I tried to card him (he looked younger than 21 at the time). He laughed and kept walking past. It was early so I just let it slide, only then to notice the promo poster on the log post right next to me..good times and what a show! I have been a lifelong fan since then. Thank You BHTM!
I had just turned 19 when I heard Circle back in 1990. Still remember it vividly. What it was to be young and enjoying their music.
I first heard you guys in Boulder, 1989 - you and The Samples blew me away. Since then I have seen you play about half a dozen times, from tiny venues in Albuquerque to Red Rocks. Love you BHTM - keep doing what you are doing!
I'm a HUGE BHTM fan since the early 90s during my college years. Always impressed by the sincerity and genuine nature of the band's lyrics and dedication to it's fan base. To this day I remember how blown away I was by Dinner with Ivan when listening to the song for the first time. The band's music has really helped me navigate through life's tough seas. In the end we all have either been at dinner with Ivan or been in Ivan's situation because sometimes it's gonna rain on you. Proud of you guys and can't wait till March and your show in Raleigh NC.
This is awesome!! I first saw BHTM at DU in 1992 for $3.50 with my student ID. Fell in love at first sound that night. It was even better when fellow DU Pioneer- Fingers- joined the band. Every year I look forward to figuring what show I'm going to. I've met the most amazing people in the BHTM family...including my best friend. Thank you for everything and Rock ON!!
Smiling from ear to ear, watching this! 🌻
I've been to your RR concert for 16 consecutive years. I appreciate hard working rock bands. One of my favorite bands.
Great band, ride my motorcycle from Tulsa to Nj and had them on the entire trip heading back Monday and I will enjoy them all the way back. Please come back to Tulsa we love you and the band here. Thanks for all the great music.
Still remember the JJ McCabe days. See at the Mission Ballroom next week.
My friend played these guys at the campsite in North NM wilderness... been hooked since, only reason is its homegrown smooth country rock type blues.. sweet sounds and solid words. Thank you god for getting these guys together.
Love the insider view fellas! Keep the tunes & fun Rollin'...... Please. And we'll keep showing up. BHTM, a class Colorado band from way back.
If it was up to me these guys would have hit gold and platinum years ago and Todd you are an amazing guitarIST sir thank you for your music
Much Deep Appreciation For Big Head Todd & The Monsters!! Excellent Band For All Generation’s of Rock n Roll Music Lovers !
These guys are my favorite band ever!
By far the best band I have ever seen live.
Love from your New England Monster fans. Thank you for visiting us.
Finally had the chance to see you guys live several years ago with Ronnie Baker Brooks at the Orange Peel In Asheville NC. We drove 7 hours from West Virginia to see the show and it was incredible. Thank you for helping make the soundtrack of my life awesome for over 25 years. You guys are the best!
Absolutely great band saw them at least once maybe...twice.
BHTM has been a life changing experience for me and I haven't even seen them live yet! The perfect mix of salt + sweet, world class musicianship and Shakespearean level songwriting. 🔥🖤🔥 love from Wisconsin🙏
They’re comfort food for your ears! 🧡🖤
This is excellent, thanks for making it. See you at the next show!
Thanks for this YTvideo Big Head Todd. Just deepens the mental bond with your music. Jeremy Lawton is more than icing on the cake here. Todd, you all are quantum transporters. Very few bands or artists that do that for me. My taste in music runs the gamut to an extreme. During Covid we started concert night. We still do it. Nice sound system with a big smart tv. You guys are our favorite on concert night. I've been to a few of your live shows in Oregon. Just hoping you make something off of these KZread videos now! Thanks!
Thank you guys!
Me gusta mucho su musica. Ya van 10 años que forman parte de mi vida. Son geniales. Desde Asuncion, Paraguay.
WE LUV you. BHT 💝🎶🎶🎶
My favorite all-time band!
Nothing like BHTM live. Nothing like it.
The heart of Rock n' Roll hailing from the Heart of America. Keep rockin' fellas !! Fan from California, since 92'. "We'll touch a long time indeed". Stratagem is my go-to BHTM LP, have it on vinyl. It's a low-key masterpiece.
Watching you play the horde fest twice in the early 90’’s was a life experience to remember.
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! 🥰👍 LY! ... I'm here near Boulder. Followed u for years 😉
My boss was listening to Spotify and heard this amazing song I've never heard before and I asked Siri who it was and Siri said it was Big Head Todd and the Monsters. I just love it when I discover a new amazing band. How come these guys aren't a world wide sensation, they are sooooo good!!!!!. Please Come tour Vancouver, Canada when Covid allows. Wow so impressed. Aaron Grain, my cousin's band is The Washboard Union, another fabulous under rated band !!!

If there is not a specific reason to have them come back to NC. Go to red rocks. It's like a religious journey to see them there. To top it off it is the best place I've ever seen a concert

Squirrel Chaser, I’ve never been to Colorado or witnessed the beautiful sites and sounds of the Red Rocks but the combination of both Big Todd and Red Rocks simultaneously would definitely be the ultimate! I’ve got a KZread saved list titled “Bucket List” and this band at Red Rocks is my number one ☝️ bucket list choice... As a multiple cancer warrior my bucket list is very important for I am happy and healthy and looking forward to achieving success with my list... It’s not a very long list but a very fun list nonetheless! Sounds like you’ve seen some spectacular shows and experience’s... I’m happy for you! Good wishes! 🌻
long ago when I saw you play in Nashville the bass player had a sign taped up that said "muse wanted" with an arrow pointing toward him. who knew I could develop a crush over a piece of paper?!?
So Who's the Donnie Downer giving the only thumbs downer? Really? You need a hug!
South Carolina Wind Jammer Remember Gitmo my Friend

I just discovered you guys because of Brandy.

It sounds like ITS ALRIGHT. Sorry just saw this 2 yrs later. Was just playing this along with them on utube at red rocks. Check out the one where he has Hazel Miller singing with them. She’s their back up singer. Amazing voice. Another good one is Broken Hearted Savior. Hope u see this.
Boy, truer words have rarely been spoken...you have things when you’re young that you don’t get back...paraphrasing a bit im sure
