wow that simple, I am pissed. 13 yrs ago I ended up in the hospital with my kidneys shutdown, from lymphoma cancer. did the chemo, radiation. No one ever said anything about the lymphatic system how it works, or to do these simple exercise. I have had to do my own research and be my own doctor. By the way I was also told I was going to be on dialysis for the rest of my life, I kept saying to myself " I don't think so, I am going to be off these machine by the end of the year." Fortunately for me my veins were not big enough to do the graft, so I was doing the home dialysis, and it the begin of December I chose to see if I was going to drop dead if I stopped the treatment, to my surprise I lived, the next day I was still alive, and actually felt pretty good. My doctor wasn't to happy with me, but he did agree to try one more month without it and see how it goes. Well 13 yrs later I am still alive and kicking and no dialysis. And thanks to you guys, now I know how my lymphatic system works, and do these simple exercise . Thank you so so much.. Love and blessings and peace

NOTES: Move lymph from Low pressure to High pressure…. 1. COLLARBONE: lowest pressure drain point of the body, START HERE, left side then right side, then move upward, then outward and down to areas of high pressure. Start with whole hand rub above collarbone, on collarbone and below collarbone, then tap and slap (percuss) the area, then rub in circles (both directions) causing no pain… 2. JAW LINE: behind lower ear lobe to angle of jaw (left then right), rub, lightly tap and circles. 3. CHEST/ANTERIOR ARMPIT: (pec minor area, left then right) Rub, tap and circles. 4. ABDOMEN: one hand on bellybutton other hand above it. Rub up and down, then tap both hands, then place upper hand on top of lower and do circles with some pressure but no pain. 5. GROIN: hands over lower inguinal crease on both sides. Gently rub, tap and circles. 6. BEHIND KNEES: stand or sit, place hands behind both knees. Rub above and below crease, tap and do circles. 7. BALLS OF FEET: Stand on balls of feet and bounce gently like on a trampoline, shake hands and arms and breathe deeply for about 30 seconds. Calf muscles will move venous blood toward the heart. ❤🤗

After cellulitis from a cancer treatment, I had to have lymphatic massage. My massage therapist at the hospital explained her training in Lebed lymph massage and it was very similar to this video. She said that you massage gently because the lymphatic vessels are just under the skin so you don’t apply a lot of pressure, and you massage slowly to move the lymph fluid. It worked and cured the cellulitis. This is a great video!

I bought a rebounder for myself but went to my son's house for a few days and his son had one in the back yard that I used. I found out something else I can't do with Rheumatoid Arthritis is bouncing! I''d tried jogging, bowling with the family, and belly dancing instructions on TV. All made my knees and or hips to hurt enough to prohibit those activities. When I got home from my trip to see my son I gave the rebounder to great grandchildren, I'd gotten a good one with the handle to hold on to when in motion. Phooey! Foiled Again. lol

@@lauragestes8847 I found out that which rebounder you buy makes all the difference. Inexpensive ones can actually make things worse, or even create problems. I have purchased 3 rebounders. The 1st was real cheap around $100.00. The 2nd was pretty expensive, but way too much bounce, which is not good! The 3rd is a Cellerciser, and I love it! I would recommend looking them up and watching some videos. From what I understand you want to start with a very gentle bounce with your feet not lifting off at all.

But this routine took the pain away on step 2. As i sat into position to start i felt the shoulder be tight and pained. And a moment later it was gone. Have taken a handful of courses from Dr. Perry over the years (5-10 years ago) including Lymphatic Mojo - great course - all great courses - just wanted to emphasize to people not understanding what the big deal is about the clavicle areas - it's because that's where you have two lymphatic ducts - the right lymphatic duct to drain the right upper quadrant of the body and the thoracic duct on the left for the rest of the body - he just glossed over that so fast cause he didn't want to get bogged down in technical medical talk, but it's important to understand that is where the "street" drainage is and why it has to be cleared first.

I sent this to my 90 y.o. mother who's had lymphedema, one leg worse than the other, for years after her heart attack. She sent me before and after pictures of her legs last night.... results since tapping for the last 10 days and she's now got the legs of a 20 y.o. - I'm not kidding! They look fantastic! The bluish tinge, swollen knee, calf, and foot are all gone! She stopped using her walker (except for when she's "bouncing" on her heels to the oldies, lol) and she's no longer feeling exhausted in the afternoons so she stopped taking her daily naps. She had one afternoon of diarrhea but felt amazing well the next day.... more detoxing! She's ecstatic and ever so grateful. She's had so many trips to the E.R. over the years for ultrasounds that always came back negative and we're both pissed that her doctors never told her to do this tapping. It would have alleviated years of aggravation, pain, and suffering. AS for ME, I'm 62, and found this while researching ways to increase my immunity since getting shingles and post-herpetic pain syndrome. We both drink green juice, eat a whole-food, plant-based diet, and have healthy BMIs. I've upped my water and have been taking daily tepid baths for pain relief. I recently bought a Cellerciser after returning a Leaps and Rebounds mini-trampoline and have been rebounding every day and also practice Qigong and Flow Arts. I've been getting random itchy "welts" @ 1 cm large on my back, arms, wrists, etc. that come and go over the course of an hour or some over the course of days. One on my spine became pus-filled and popped. Toxins leaving the body, right? I'm so hoping it will clear up my shingles pain before long.... other than that, I'm pretty healthy.

I want to share with all of you my lymphoma story from 10 years ago - when I was 16, how a bee sting (yes, a bee sting) changed the chemical composition of my lymph node. I woke up one day around June 2013 with a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, it was odd but we didn't think much of it at the time. Over the weeks, that lump got bigger and we started talking to doctors. I got a lot of blood tests done, and ultrasound scans on the right side of my neck where the lump was - the same scans they do on pregnant women, rubbing that jelly on you and scanning away. More blood tests, more scans, more blood tests, more scans, on and on and on. Missing school, getting threatened by the faculty to be expelled over my 'excessive' f***ing doctor's visits (which are entirely a legit reason to miss school). Anyway we start hearing things at the hospital like "Prepare for the worst" and "we'll try our best" and Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkins' lymphoma flying around. Tl;dr we're pretty confident your boy has cancer but the only way to tell for sure is to extract that lymph node from his neck. They book me in for surgery on 31 October 2013, right now we're balls deep in Summer. The day my school hand me my report card and say "Sorry, you won't be continuing with us :)" I go to the park to smoke something good with my friend. Halfway through a drag he tells me "Hey bro there's something on your neck." "Huh?" "There's something on your neck" I feel there, it's ON the lymph node, and it's a bee. Stung me, doesn't let go. I try to pull it out, it doesn't let go until.... BAM! I pull it out. Of all the people in the park, and out of all the places it could sting me, it went for that fucking node. The next day, I swear to you, it shrunk to around half its size and was no slightly soft, where it was hard and prominent before the sting. Not sure if this is good or bad, immediately tell the doctors. They bring me in for more scans and more blood tests. "What happened??" "I got stung by a bee." "Yeah ok whatever but anything else happen?" They don't really care about that detail. They noticed the chemical composition of it seems to have changed on the ultrasound scans and now they can't wait for the surgery. They remove it, they say they'll send it to I-Dunno-Where to study what happened to it, "Congratulations you're cancer-free, bye!" and that's the last of it. It's been 10 years. One of the best things that happened to me was facing death at that age, and even better was making it out of that in a quick and short amount of time. I've lived a crazy life since, no breaks, no pauses, it's been a wild ride. Interested to see the dialogue this sparks up.

That is so fascinating!! I’ve heard things like this before, that creatures will be attracted to things that they can help heal. For example, fleas may actually be helping clean the blood of animals whose systems are poisoned from improper diet etc., mosquitos doing the same. or, in your case, a bee delivering exactly the medicine your body needed. Supposedly they potentially see/ sense it on the ultraviolet spectrum, kinda like how they’re attracted to flowers or how different bugs are attracted to diseased plants, in order to help break down/ compost them.

A few yeara ago i had surgery. Had to stay in bed, other than making myself walk every half hour. I used my hand massager, percussion, gently on all these areas. Learned from Dr. Melissa, natural healing-- where the lymph points are. Then i devised my own routine. This video here helped me know where to begin and end. I added my knees and feet bc i sensed to include those areas! God does show us the way.. Here's more real help: Drink ginger, lemon, dandilion detox tea. MKe your own ginger lemon water. - grate fresh ginger, squeeze fresh lemons. Add ginger to ice cube tray. (I just grate over the tray using a hand held grater) Pour FRESH lemon juice on top of the ginger. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on each cube NOW YOU detox ginger lemon ice cubes to add to your water. Enjoy the blessing of God's natural healing 🌈🥰🙏

After coughing out this liquid the lump was reduced and I no longer felt pain. unfortunately I have not followed through with this daily that was 2 weeks ago I am back today to work the program and my self discipline. Wow. Just after one day of implementing this, my brainfog and irritability lifted tremendously. It was to the point where I could sense that I felt better, but my body couldn’t catch up because of how used it got to feeling that way. This all makes more sense to my unique situation as I’m only 20 years old, but have dealt with brain fog my whole teen years. I recently gotten really sick and my lymph nodes around my neck got swollen, also bronchitis, and had a really bad fever. This also led to really stiff shoulders around my neck. At times where I would get sick or run down, my neck and shoulders always got stiff. After massaging them out and doing more movements with my upper body, I feel less tense and lighter on my head. My lymph’s were probably getting clogged up around my head area and couldn’t drain properly and causing all my symptoms. I’m hoping this will help with my acne as well as it’s along my jawline, around the same lymph nodes that get swollen when I’m sick. This would all make sense. Sticking to this and hope this can be the final game changer alongside my nutrition and life style changes I’ve made. Thank you both for this information!

(I use a stick blender to make it smooth.) The brain loves fat for fuel. ❤

My sister passed in '98 of an "unknown rare cancer". I've suspected they just didn't understand the body -- the trained medical staff and surgeons, ignorant of the body. In short, she was at least 35 lbs overweight, on a tiny frame, it was alot. Like a Michelin man. Then she had a breast reduction and became very tiny, looked great. 3 years later she had cysts at the base of her spine. Chemo and surgery followed, she passed 6 months later at 33. I've learned naturopathy for the past 20 years while healing myself and now I believe I understand. Slow lymph drainage, toxins held in breast tissue. Removed tissue, lymph drained. Now the gradual buildup had nowhere to store itself and created cocoons. Cutting open those cocoons, the toxins poisoned her. Lymphatic drainage and a diet and exercise routine to manage or correct slow lymph would've been effective. But Western medicine doesn't understand the body, only so-called disease attack.

I want to say a big thank you for this video and l now making it my daily routine. I have been told l have a very weak immune system and pre diabetes & pains & depression. I am working on my whole body. I must say that l after doing one session of lymph drainage l feel more energised. I have seen this before but only as far as the upper body. I had no idea it should continue to the lower body. I had venous insufficiency and swelling of ankles and after doing the exercise l felt some sensations in my legs. Yes the human body is one thing, its just that doctors do not deal with the body wholistically. I suppose they can make more money & keep everyone dependant dividing the body into separate parts. Thanks so much.

Drs mostly aren’t conscious of the body fully. They believe it’s a separate machine that our minds and emotions do not affect. In reality the body follows the mind and emotions. And spiritually it’s about to open up and that’s when people will see what it’s really capable of. 😊

Amazing tips. Easy and short routine to be implemented every day. The lymphatic system is often overlooked by doctors and wellness specialists but it’s fundamental not only for maintaining our blood flow and to eliminate blockages in the lymph but also for proprioception and neurological functions for mobility, stability and flexibility. Thanks for the precious info!

This is truly amazing. I used to have very noticeable swelling in the front area on my left side from my underarm to my chest. I had done dry brush work to help the lymph drain but with only very slight improvement. After only a few weeks of doing this routine, the swelling disappeared completely. Also, for quite a while I got out of the habit of doing these points but the swelling did not reappear. I began to do them again but could only remember 4. I'm so glad I discovered this video. I'd forgotten Dr. Perry's name and was trying Very hard to remember it so I could find out the other points! Dr. Perry Nickelston, thank you So Very much.

I have been trying to clear SIBO from my body for a year now. I went the herbal route plus Infrared saunas and accupuncture and diet, then since that didn't clear the impactions in my bowel and overgrowth I took the antibiotics. I got some relief but still my lymph wasn't clearing it and the impactions wouldn't give. 2 weeks of consistently doing the Big 6 in the am followed by the bouncing (hadn't seen this video yet, just intutitvely) things are finally moving. This is great to refer to and I am sharing it with others going through SIBO misery. Thanks!

The blood pressure medicine amlodipine can cause feet/ankle swelling.. having potassium helps to remove extra water.. I put a pinch of salt substitute in a shot glass with water and take it cause it’s no sodium and it’s got like 690 mg of potassium for 1/4 tsp..better than eating hella bananas and taking a bunch of supplements lol

I totally forgot about doing it yesterday morning and the pain and stiffness is back full force today!! Not sure if skipping a day is the only reason for the returned discomfort but I’m definitely going to make this a part of my daily routine. It’s too simple not to! And if no discomfort was the result of doing it, I’d be a fool to forgo the exercise ever again!!
