Today is durgapujo ashtami 2020. I made khichuri today for lunch, following this recipe. It tasted really good. I only skipped sugar as there are diabetic people in my family. Secondly, I only soaked moog dal for around 2 hour(as you suggested), but gobindovog rice I soaked for only half an hour. Also in vaja moshla, I added coriander seeds along with your mentioned spices.
