Hello Everyone myself Sayantika. Today I make Bengali Traditional Gobindobhog Chaler Khichuri. You can make it very easily at home.This type of Khichuri is a traditional Bengali recipe.
Since Pujo is coming in a few days, This pujo we will not go to the pujo pandel to eat and drink like other years, so let's see how to make pujo pandel style Khichuri at home. This is the fifth video of my Durga Pujo special recipes.
In this recipe I will show you how you can make Bengali pujo special gobindobhog chaler Khichuri at home. It is very easy to make and super tasty.
I will try to show you a very easy way to make a delicious dish. If you follow my instructions carefully then you will get same output as mine.
I will share with you the total cost of making my recipes. The total cost to make this recipe is approximate 120 rupees. Ingredients :-
Gobindobhog rice - 1½ cup
Moong Dal - 1½ cup
Potato - 1 big size
Cauliflower - 1 small size
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp ( for fry rice ) & 1 tbsp ( for fry potato and cauliflower )
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Dry red chilli - 2 pieces
Bay leaves - 2 pieces
Cinnamon - 1 small size
Cardamoms - 3 pieces
Cloves - 3 pieces
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Tomatoes - 1 medium size
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp ( for fry potato ) & ¼ tsp ( for fry cauliflower ) and salt to taste in Khichuri
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp

Actually... these recipes are very much traditional! Specific ingredients and process remains the same.. so ..no credit in that! But yes the whole thing is copied from BONG EATS..
