I just hit a 365lbs ORM squat today. I'm hoping to hit 405 this year. Watching you play with 365 and bands is inspiring.

Couldn't agree more. It makes training so more enjoyable than just sticking to some bland script and following it like a robot

Wow. Probably the most helpful workout video I’ve ever seen. And that’s over the course of 10 years. Thanks, and well done

How important is programming really? I just want to have fun and be healthy (and a little bit strong)

Is it okay to stick to a movement for a longer period of time because you enjoy it or it has helped you a lot or something?

Love the videos Will, I’m going away for 10 weeks for the Navy (English so Royal Navy not US). I’ve just bought the Hoss Project as I plan on doing that after I finish Basic Training, would the 10 week block of Hoss in a surplus be good to follow onto Hoss Olympic straight after as that’s what I plan on doing? Also I may pull out the sprints on the first programme and have 1/2 long easy runs alongside it for the first 10 weeks to build back my aerobic base, don’t mind knocking a set off each lower body exercise either to facilitate that for the first 10 weeks and then bring them back in when running Hoss Olympic (if they are programmed) whilst keeping 1 long easy run every 7-10 days if I’m able to recover/fit it in to the programme and service life as I get a lot from it.

Interesting. So basically doing slightly different variation each week and after 4 weeks coming back to the first one?
