God, I love this woman- there is no one like her. The voice is beautiful but more than that, she pours her soul into every note and touches the heart of every listener!!!

I am now 68 years old and grew up with music, I consider myself overjoyed to be such an exceptional singer to still be able to hear music that has in its blood and a soul can use your voice to lift others to heaven. Thank you for being there.

I’m a new Beth fan I accidentally came across her. I absolutely love her. Thank god she got it together or we could’ve had another Janis Joplin. And I love it when musicians have lived what they are singing, she has many God given talents, she can write and sing and play.

Russell same here, I have no clue except I was checking out some retro, went to Gary Moore, Jeff Healey and I believe Etta James. Then I believe I went to the Rock Hall of Fame awards for Etta and somehow went to Rather Go Blind performed by Beth Hart. >>She was coming back from a dark scary place and clawed her way out. Getting the opportunity to redeem herself and perform at the Kennedy Center Awards and do herself and all in attendance proud was the turning point in her career. Yay for the legends or I may not have had the pleasure of the honest raw vocals of Beth Hart, her lyrics are incredible..

When I was 10, my Dad left us for another woman for a few months. He came back home, but I don’t think I ever got over that feeling of loss and insecurity. I’m 57 years old and married for 38 years, but I still have to consciously tell myself that my husband’s not going to leave. I have to tell myself that so I can totally trust that I won’t lose him. Forgot to say...we were going to a northern soul night in morecambe when I'd never heard of you, the taxi driver was playing your album, we heard it and asked who it was as sounded amazing....you of course. The taxi driver said he would drop a cd off the next morn, by the next morn we had forgotten as very hung over, the doorbell rings and there was the taxi driver with 2 albums of yours..one for me and my man and one for my mum. Grateful to that taxi driver! Love this universe 😊💚

This brings up bad memories, my dad left when i was 6 years old, my mother 9 kids to feed, she didnt know how to read and write. She ended up with other men in order to feed us. Her children was the most important thing to her. She did her best!!! I dont love my dad, hes dead now.

Don’t know which I love more, this song, or watching her perform it! Beth shares so much truth, raw emotion and passion!

Beth Hart is one of my favorites. This song makes me cry. It hits way too close to home.

I was that scared and depressed little 4 year old girl when my father left home and me begging and crying for him to stay I thought my parents divorced and he left because of me and my mother telling me it wasn't my fault but I believed it was yes they got back together and we went back to live with him and they remarried b4 he passed away in 96 from cancer but it still lives in my heart and memories this song was like she had stepped in my head and seen the picture of what went on and understood me thank you for that
