Saw Beth in Concert a few months ago, she rocked my world. So awesome in person and she wasn't feeling her best. If you get a chance don't miss her and you don't have to empty your wallet either. I'm done with the days of paying hundreds for concerts, some artists forget where they come from.

I've had the pleasure, too. I had "discovered" her via KZread videos of her performing. Not music videos, but live. And my god...she's so perfect with her voice--a finely-tuned instrument she's spent a lifetime practicing, and it shows--and her emotion, and her connection with the crowd. In concert, she was ALL THAT and more. Just amazing. She usually does small venues, so people aren't straining to see, and the tickets are reasonably priced and IMO, a damn good deal if you know what you're paying for.

I watched a youtube where she does an intro leading up to this song about her father and “that bitch you left my mother for” and this song makes a lot of sense and speaks to many who have had this sense of loss when their father leaves the family and starts another.
